Nice Community

Brompton Court is a nice community to live in. There is a diverse population of residents ranging from students, med center employees, people who need to be close to the med center, and some very long-term residents. It is a quiet place with great parking. I like the garages because I can park my car in the shade on those searing Houston Summer afternoons. Covered parking is a great ammenity. The laundry facilities are clean and maintained. The card loading feature is helpful so that you don't have to keep up with buckets of change (flashbacks from college years). The gym is secured with a lock so you can feel comfortable working out all hours of the night. The equipment is nice and there is usually enough to go around. While an extra machine or two would be helpful, I think it does the job just fine. The community has trees and folliage all around, giving it a 'homey feel'. Maintenance is always out and about keeping up with the beautification. It really makes a difference and thier efforts are greatly appreciated. I have lived in apartments where trash accumulates in the bushes for weeks and attracts animals. Brompton is great at keeping the community nice. I am vey happy with my choice and plan to stay for awhile.
