You 100% Right about the Office Staff they LIES so Much and I Cant Move Right now I just sign a 6 month Lease with them . And they Change the Lease Agreement and I look @ the old one when I first Moved in and let me tell you this. Brompton CT can get Sued BIG TIME and they had Change there own Lease Agreement that Houston Apartment Association did not approve of it... This Place RIP everyone off right to Left they keep asking more $$$ from you. And they told me that they do not reduce your Rent anymore after you been here a year or they will not Sign a 13 month lease anymore. I am sorry after my 6 month is over I am OUT of here and they told me after my lease is up I will not get my Deposit back they told me in the office last week they do not give back Despots back to you or if you have a pet they will not give you a Dime or a Penny back And Please DO NOT MOVED HERE YOU WILL BE SO SO SO SORRY if you did Moved in BROMPTON Court APTS. And if you had Sign old Lease Agreement with the old Management they will not give your any of your $$$$ back to you. And if you Sign with the new Management You will NOT SEE Any $$$ coming back to you But they will say this you will get it back then when you Moved out you will not see it. I had been taking pictures of this Place and I be sending Copy s to the City of Houston this Place is falling apart. WATCH OUT you will be Very sorry if you moved here .. OH the name of the Owner who own this place is MERION Realty Management LLC and they been here since a year now when I first moved in it was own by Rockwell .And Rockwell was a lot better.. And the Office can be nice here @ Brompton CT. But you need t o watch out after you moved in they will be rude after a While again Just read everyone what they talking about this Place and it all 100% True DO NOT DO NOT LIVE AT BROMPTON COURT APTS YOU WILL BE SORRY And they will not GIVE YOU a REFUND if the Washer/Dryer Breaks Down or if the water is Turn Off with out they telling you. Again they will NOT GIVE you a REFUND If the Washer/Dryer Breaks Down it Cost 90 to wash & 75 to Dry.....(And most of the time the Dryer will not Dry......
