I completely agree with ALLLLLLLL these reviews everyone living here and potential renters. DRIVE BY and DO NOT STOP IN cause it may seem like a GREAT (sarcasm) place to live but THIS PLACE is not worth the money they nickle and dime you over. Sewer pipes always break. Water and electricity go out. Work orders are NEVER inputted and the staff act like they are entering it and act concerned. I would be ashamed to run a business the way this place is ran..I really would be ashamed. As cheap and convenient as this place may be.....and I do mean cheap...DO NOT LIVE HERE. You will regret it. Drive through this lovely establishment (sarcasm) and you'll see that lights fixtures flicker, the building is completely shifting and I wonder who the building inspector is cause I'll be glad to show them the cracks in my walls, ceilings, closet doors off set. Excuse after excuse is all you get from not only the property manager but the staff as well. Lets see...shutters are falling down making this place look like the projects...BELIEVE ME. If there was more room to type in this column...what your reading is ONLY the tip of the iceberg. I can go on and on and on. DO NOT LIVE HERE-YOU WILL REGRET IT. This place disgusts me and the staff as well that I can't even give them 1 star rating. By the way- is there a way to add negatives in the rating? If I can afford to move out---I would in a heart beat
