My girlfriend foolishly moved into these apartments. The complex is NOT in a good part of town. She's had at least one attempted break-in, and the apartment notified the tenants of several armed robberies in the immediate area -- some presumably within the complex. She's been whistled at and yelled at by large groups of unsavory characters on multiple occasions. I cannot stress enough how unhelpful the staff has been and how little they care about the safety of their tenants. You will see Extra Charge on your Bill and they all Just RIPPING YOU OFF BIG TIME. They will tell you there to Make Money.. and they will CHARGE YOU EXTRA $$$$$ on your Bill. It all the TRUTH. They Really DO NOT CARE they here to make $$$$ if you Set your Trash outside the Door for few min they will CHARGE you $25.00 Remove FEE they will not Remove it they will Fine you for it. And For the maintenance staff if you do not have any Trash outside your door they will let the Management, know they will make a LIE to them.. And one more thing if you come in from the Gate there is about 2 or maybe 6 cars waiting to get in. they will Follow you in behind you and the Management, Will NOT Do anything about it. WATCH OUT!
