PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE There been to Many Breaks in and Car Damages Someone who lived here are Smashing Windows everyday they do not take anything they just smash your Window And the manger do not care or anyone in the OFFICE DO NOT GIVE A DAM about it There is a lot are Getting out of there Lease Because of the Window Smashing. There been about 20 or more Cars in a week that had Got Smash in all this had happen from February 2012 everyday this is going on and there had been about 10 APT Brakes in ONE DAY. Cars get broke into over night and Apt. During the day . PLEASE I am ASKING you Please DO NOT MOVED To BROMPTON CT APT you will be very sorry if you do the Management do NOT CARE if your APT or your Car get Broke into There is one person got his Window Smash 4 times in the Same Week and one this pass Friday February 23 2012. I had Call HPD and ask them how many Breaks in @ Brompton court Apt. And they told me since January to February 2012 about 500 or more for Cars and Apt. the OFFICE is SO RUDE To you and they really do not care, they here to make Money.... 1) the gym here is nice, and equipment is regularly scheduled for repair. It's so bad, I got a gym membership somewhere else. 2) construction outside the main gate is awful! There is loud noise, heavy traffic at almost all times of day. I wake up most mornings to the sound of a jackhammer. They have shut down the front gates, forcing residents and guests to use the Brompton gate (which always has a reputation for not working). Frequently, water is shut off with barely any notice. Its a REAL inconvenience. 3) The foundation in these units is awful. I have lived in 3 different units since moving to the complex, and each one has structural damage. Cracks appear on walls, doors are unlevel and have difficulty locking, etc. this Place was Built in 1971... 4) Brompton CT. appears to have no regard to customer retention and rewards long-standing residents by subjecting them to astronomical rent increases (mine shot up $300 as well). Overall, I guess the only thing I can thank brompton CT. for is providing such a mediocre service that I have decided to purchase a house in lieu of renting.
