A Bad Place to lived at.....

If you're smart enough to read this website, heed the advice of all these residents. These people will squeeze every penny out of you they can. The neighbors have really gone down hill since I've lived here. They don't provide basic security, including even having all the outside lights on. I keep to myself and am never late on a payment, which apparently means they should not raise the rent on me. Please, stay away from this apartment if you can... there is always a break in and the management doesn t do anything about it. The management are so stupid, if I will put it that way. They don't care about who lives in the apartment or your property. Don't move in here, stay away. I am about leaving soon. Worst place ever to stay at, the reasons are below: -African Americans are always outside watching for people, asking for money or help. And been a lot of Breaks in a most once a week or more.. the fees they charge you are ridiculous. I live in a small one bedroom apartment and here is the list of fee's I have to pay among the regular bill I have to pay. Watch out they will SCAM you everyway that they can and LIE in your Face and try to make you move in Brompton Court Apt. You need to read all the Reviews that everyone is saying. WATCH OUT and BEWARE of Brompton Court Apt. Allocated Water Service: 28.69 Allocated Water Service again: 37.78 Trash Base Fee: 50.00/ Trash Administrative Fee: 25.00 VIP Trash it all new Allocated Gas Service: 11.86 Gas Administrative Fee: 7.79 they must of just started this because after all these years I have never seen so many fee's on a bill. So before choosing to live here be aware of all the fees. Upon renewal now, in addition to increased rent, of $50.00 to $175.00. there will be a (non-negotiable) $25 a month fee for valet trash. Staff, if you're reading this, most of you are OBNOXIOUS punks who don't give a damn and get away with it. Karma karma karma.
