Hate This Place---Please Don't Move Here

Please don't move here. You can go anywhere but please do yourself a favor and don't move here. The staff are horrible and they will try to squeeze every dollar out of you. There are so many fees to pay in this apartment, including trash fee, trash VIP fee, gas, utility, maintenance fee in addition to your rent. The staff are a punch of snobs who won't help you when you needed there help and will always try to get your money any way they can. I paid a month's rent and they told me I hadn't, we had to look up at by bank account and we saw my check was withdrawn by them that month. They said it's already in the system and they can't take it out. I was either gonna have to pay for the "late fee" or break my contract. Then in the later part of the year they charge me for some ridiculous fee that I never thought existed before. When I end my contract I called in to let them know I will end it and ask them to call me back. They never did; then when I come in several days later (when I'm off from work) they said that I'm within 55 days and I have to be within 60 days and charge me even more for the month that I won't even be using the apartment. Please don't move in here. There are many people out there that are naturally kind when dealing with customers....these people are not....they will try to suck everything out of you.
