Newly Added "Apartment Move-out/Damage Addendum"

I just received mine as I am moving at the end of the month. Has anyone had experiences with this? Such examples of fees charge are as follows: 1. Walls - $10 per small nail hole, 2. Carpet -$15 per room for basic shampoo, 25 per room for deep clean, and $25 per stain 3. Replace blinds (which are old and brittle from the sun) $100 4. Replace light bulbs - $1 each (even though these are light bulbs I installed b/c Maintenance would not replace when they burned out) 5. Repainting apt - $140 one bedroom, $150 two bedroom 6. Replace carpet( which was old when I move in 5 years ago) - $13 per sq. yard Is it just me or aren't these things that need to be replaced or repainted in a standard one-year lease? The "cleaning guidelines" includes things like: 1 Dishwasher- Clean tub and door especially gasket and drain area 2. Exhaust fans- Clean grill and blade and all exhaust fans where accessible. On range hood, remove and clean filter. 3. Carpet - All carpet should be vacuumed, shampooed and spots removed. All furniture indentions should be brushed up. (note: feel free to call the office for recommendations of professional services). 4.Clean oven and all range tops and burners. Clean all broiler and burner pans. 5. Clean entire refrigerator and freezer with mild detergent and warm water. 6. All drawers in kitchen must be cleaned inside and out. 7. Replace all burned out bulbs and clean globes. etc. etc., etc The rest of list is too expansive as it is 3 pages long. Whatever happended to "leave it clean and undamaged beyond normal wear and tear?" Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.
