I only lived there for a year until I decided it was time to leave. Cars are routinely broken into and apartments burglarized. Also if you are a woman, forget about walking to get your mail in the middle of the night unless you want to get mugged. The safety issues I witnessed while I stayed there was enough for me to move elsewhere once my lease was up. I would highly recommend looking at other apartments with a better safety track if you are considering this one. That apartment complex is one of the most poorly managed facilities in Houston. We lived there for two years. The first year there were things that annoyed us, but nothing major enough for us to move. The second year was an absolute nightmare. Our unit was falling apart, the gates were always broken so anyone could just come and go as they pleased. The management is horrible and doesn't do anything to resolve issues. Had my wheels and tires stolen in the middle of the night. Park in the parking garage. I was told this apartment complex was safe. Apparently not. I was also told we had police officers who lived here that patrolled the complex. Obviously that isn't the case since these thefts keep on occuring. Nothing seems to be being done about it. With the amount this complex charges you for rent and other amenities, they definitely have the money to set up security cameras in the garage to help deter this kind of activity from happening. I have only been here for 2 months!! And I already want to leave. And I have to stay in this Dump until my Lease is up and that is at the end of November 2012 And One more thing Brompton Just Rise the Price of Wash and Dryer from $1.00 and the new price is $1.10 Wash is $1.10 and Dry is $1.10 It just gone up June 1 2012 and it all April to blame She ripping everyone off and over Charging everyone THIS IS NOT A JOKE She Charging more to your Rent and your water & gas. And she will Rise your Rent up after your Lease ends what you are paying now it will go up from $50.00 to $160.00 This place will go under and I had got in touch with CH.13 & CH 26 and they know how bad the staff is and they are going to a story on this place...... Staff, if you're reading this, most of you are OBNOXIOUS young disrespectful punks who don't give a damn and get away with it. Karma karma karma can't wait till this comes back on YOU. For You APRIL You NEED GO TO HELL You are OBNOXIOUS for over Charging everyone Double I will do everything in my POWER take you to COURT and Make you pay what you did.
