The staff and management are terrible, especially the manager! I'm not sure what his or she name is but she doesn't do anything he says she will do, and she doesn't treat people equally. If you are -------- she will make sure all your problems are solved, if not then you will just be stuck with a problem to resolve on your own. Another major problems is the water bill that for a one bed room. ends up being close to 40 dollors on top of the rent and you have to pay for Gas as well... and an additional $25.00 trash fee ( that is truly not normal) and when you talk to the staff about it they give you a number that is to a dentist???? I also have reason to belive they allow illegal immigrants/ sex offender to rent for them/ so if you can imagine the environment, not so great! Well I hope this helps in you decision making process I just Moved out over the weekend of July 29th 2012 is my last weekend..... With the water bill keep going up and down and some These apartments are horrible. There is trash all over the ground every day. The laundry room is always trashy and most of the machines are always broken And the price of Wash and Dry is $1.10 and they just rise the price in June.. . They try to make the front part of the complex look nice to show but the back part is trash. It takes weeks of asking for them to refill the pet waste stations. People don't pick up after there dogs. I paid a pet deposit when I moved in with my roommate 3 years ago. She left after the first year with her dog so I got another one since I was now living by myself. I have renewed my lease twice already with a different dog and now mid way through my 3rd year they say I have to pay another pet deposit or get rid of my dog simply because it isn't the same one that is described on the original pet deposit when they have known both times I renewed my lease I had different dogs. They have a tow company that comes through at night looking for cars that are parked over the line to tow out. One time, in the middle of the night without me knowing, someone hit my car and pushed it into the car next to me. When I came out the next morning I came out my car was gone. Thinking it may have been stolen I went to the office and found out it had been towed for beeing over the line and I had to pay impound fees to get it back.
FIY Everyone Move out all the time over this pass weekend about 5 move out of there Rent had gone up over $180.00....the RENT and Water keep going up and up I am just asking you please Please DO NOT MOVED here you will be Very very sorry if you do MOVED here the Office will Brian Wash you everything that they can to get you move here. AND FYI the Manger in the Office and the rest of the Staff Do not stay here long they get a new manger every 6 week this Place is a training Place for new Manger and Staff. I am just letting you know Please Do Not Moved to BROMPTON COURT you will be very sorry if you do very sorry.
If you do Moved to Brompton Court ONE things to SAY IS GOOD LUCK GOOD LUCK you will be sorry if you did moved to Bromopton Court and you will say I am realy to moved again and that will happens to BAD you moved to this Place and you have to DEAL with it. So I am going to tell you again DO Not Moved To BROMTON COURT DO NOT MOVED IN TO Brompton COURT APT. It very bad here the Rent water the Gas will goes up in your RENT WROST Management WORST And they DO GIVE A DAM When you moved in... . I am GLAD that I AM out of THIS hell hole place,

DO NOT EVEN STOP Here or even Call them this Place been going down Hill for a long long and Long time. they will take every Dime or a $1.00 FROM YOU. It the TRUTH IT the TRUTHS ON GOD Words it the Truth How bad this Place is It BAD it so Bad everyone Moved out after there Lease is Done... Again Please DO NOT Even Come to lived @ Brompton COURT. and I had read heard that BBB had took them off there List. and that BBB had list them a Bad Place to Lived at... Just make sure you read everyone review everything that they saying is the truths
