AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
When I first found this apartment, The staff was really nice and offered good discounts (now I know why) So I decided to move here because it was a last minute apt hunt.
On the day of lease signing, I saw a really desperate woman disputing over a $700 charge for carpet replacement for water damage, she claimed it to be the apt's fault. It was alarming, but I didn't think more of it. Now a year later, upon my own move out guess what??? SAME thing happened to me but with ONE picture proof of two little stains. They replaced the ENTIRE apartment that had 2 year old carpet in. So now they are threatening me to pay either $250 on top of my $500 deposit, or send me to the collection agency and hurt my credit. There was a serious AC leak that ruined a closet, I think they are just using me as a way to pay for THEM.
During this year, my water bills have been 40 every month, yes many times more than my electricity bill. I had encountered multiple water outages many lasting a whole day. Also, don't pay for extra gate cards, they don't refund your money even when the rep told you they would. So you are literally paying $25 each to BORROW cards that you NEED to get in to where you live. parking is impossible to find if you came home late, and basically anyone can get in with the gate code 000 listed on the gate machine. Did I mention the manager took 3-4 days every time to reply to my emails?
I will stop here, because there are just too much BS about this place.
Again, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND ENERGY, LIVE IN A PLACE WITH MANAGEMENT THAT WILL TREAT YOU LIKE A PERSON and not a bag of walking cash!!!!!
