The management is beyond incompetent. They genuinely have no regard at all for the residents. I have sewer water all over my bathroom from a nonfunctional toilet in my only bathroom. I made a request during business hours and nobody responded. I called the emergency line and evidently it is not an emergency. Yes, sewer water running all over the bathroom floor and not having a useable toilet is not considered an emergency. I have also had problems with getting my refrigerator and my air conditioner repaired. These are essential parts of daily living. I can't wait to move. There are a lot of apartment complexes in Houston. Do not subject yourself to being treated like this!!!!!
