Manager Sucks! Stay away!
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, RUN FAR AWAY
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APTS TO NO ONE ..... MANAGEMENT IS UNEXPERIENCED ..... JUST THE OTHER DAY I SAW THE APT MANAGER WITH A MAINTENANCE WORKER HE WAS SMOKING WEED RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER ..... THEN YOU ASK FOR WORK TO BE DONE IN YOUR APT AND IT TAKES FOREVER ..... TO BE HONEST TILL THIS DAY THEY HAVE NOT TAKING CARE OF WORK ORDERS THAT I HAVE ASKED FOR ..... RECOMMEND NEW MANAGEMENT WITH SOMEONE THAT HAS THOUGHT TO MAKE IT A BETTER PLACE ..... NO ONE HERE LAST A MONTH HERE THEY COME AND GO I HOPE THAT THE OWNERS OF THIS PLACE TAKE THE UPPER HAND AND HIRE A CREW THAT MANAGEMNT THAT CARES FOR THE JOB AND THE MAINTENANCE WHERE THEY DONT GO TO WORK ALL DRUNK AND AT LEAST HAVE SOME OF A APPEARANCE THAT IS PRESENTABLE .... LETS JUST SAY PROFESSION RUN DONT WALK. This apartment complex is full of thieves and thugs. There had been a lot of Rats coming into brompton court Apt. this place is so Old and runing down big time and it was Bulit back in 1971. . Don t think for one minute your car is safe in the parking Area. The doors to the outside are always left open so who knows if they live here or not. Chances are good they DO live here. It is not a quiet place either. I can only hope the days go by fast so I can get out of here and move to a complex that is worth the money you spend. And your water bill each month will be higher than any house you could ever live in. But yet you have no washer or dryer. Shower goes from hot to cold constantly while you are taking a shower. Management just shrugs their shoulders over any problems so don t even think about going to them. Time to start a petition to change the name of this complex to THUG Court APT.
When you sign your lease, they advertise having 2 security guards on site 24 hours a day. I have NEVER seen a security guard in my 2 years living here. Not one time. Earlier this week, there were 3 burglaries. 3 BURGLARIES. I was home alone when my 3 neighboring apartments had their doors kicked in within 5 minutes. When the police came, he showed me why the doors are so easy to kick in. The screws in the doors currently used by Brompton Court . And They are not notifying the residents of all the suspicious activity that happens here. Not to mention, the amount of cars lefts on blocks from having their tires stolen (happens every month). A lot of residents are upset regarding the burglaries, and nothing is being done to improve the safety of the complex.
Do not rent here, if you do you will soon learn that you get what you pay for! Staff will be nice to you when you meet them, but soon you'll learn what a pain it is to deal with them. Apartment was full of roaches, among other insects. Not a day went by that there wasn't a roach, even AFTER pest control came TWICE. Several water leaks, and we had a lot of MOLD!!! Air unbreathable and smelly, something always wrong with the AC system. And I just Learn this Place was Built back in 1971... Did not feel safe at all when coming into my apartment. If you want to live in a nasty, moldy place, then move here. Otherwise take your $$$ elsewhere!Crime is bad at this complex. Several cars have been burglarized. The air conditioners poorly exchange heat. Apartment units appear to have excessive moisture buildup due to the air conditioners inability to remove moisture from the air, and where there is excessive moisture there is mildew (hopefully not mold) uhhh!!!. Staff portrays a lack of professionalism with regards to tenant relations. For your sake, look elsewhere before you become tangled within this complex.
don t move here security once a month but that s just to check the pool and office potholes always electrical an plumbing problems if electrical and it is the weekend have to wait till next business day trashy DO NOT WORRY YOUR RENT WILL GO UP ABOUT $50.00 to $100.00 after your lease is up you think it CHEP when you frist moved in do not worry it will go up and you have to start over again .
Brompton Courts And you can GOOGLE Brompton Court as well . And if you moved in to Brompton Court Apt only thing I can say is Good Luck good Luck you need it after you been here for a month or 2 or so.. There is a lot of Asian living in this place and they are Easy to SCAM to get to moved into Brompton Court. And if you moved into Brompton you will get SCAM BIG TIME and once you find out what s going on you have to wait until your lease is up or you might take it to court and try to get out of your lease. But again you will be SCAM to lived at Brompton Court Apt. And Asian put Bricks to prop open the gates and Doors ..
but a search of incidents on HPD's website shows anywhere from 10-19 burglaries a WEEK.. In God Words in heaven it the truth about Brompton Court Apt NO LIES it the Truth Again GOD Know what s going on and it the truth.... ..This is another example of a structure that has outlived its useful life - it was built (1971) There is a lot of Rats coming into this place because it a OLD building when energy prices were low and maintenance costs were cheap - no longer. It has been flipped multiple times and allowed to decline each time due to the debt burden of servicing the loan(
If you DO NOT Belived in GOD that mean you DUMB to moved into Brompton Court APT. Just listin to everyone who lived in Brompton Court APT they telling the TRUTH about this Place it all the Truth in Heaven it the DAM TRUTH ..
