I LIVE THERE NOW. THESE ARE THE MOST HORRIBLE APARTMENTS EVER. THE OFFICE CREW ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL NAD RUDE. I LIVED NEXT TO AN APARTMENT NEXT DOOR THAT A WATER PIPE HAD BROKEN SO THE WATER RAN THROUGH MY CLOSET WALL CAUSES IT TO MOLD AND BE VERY WET. AND I WROTE THEM TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM AND THEY HAD THE NERVE TO ASK ME WHEN WAS MY LEASE UP SO I CAN MOVE. THEY DID NOT WANT TO COME TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THEN THERE WERE ALSO BIG HORSE FLIES FLYING AROUND AND THE MANAGER GO TELL ME.....OH THEY ARE JUST FLIES!!WDF!!!!THESE ARE BIG HORSE FLIES AND HE DID NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I HAVE COMPLAINTED TO THE HAA...THEY ARE SORRY...BUT HONESTLY WHEN SOME -------- MOVES IN THE BE READY TO FIX THEIR ---- REAL FAST. I AM TRYING TO GET OUT OF MY LEASE....THEN MY RENT WAS 760.00 JUMP UP To 960.00 for one bed room... It will be cheep once you moved in when you sign a new lease do not worry it will go up big time.. OMG!!! I HAVE TO GET AWAY FAST ANYHOW My Lease is UP at the End of July after 4 haft years I am out of here .. Rockwell the OLD Management was a lot better then Merion Realty Management LLC they are a BIG Pain in the A** .. They Ride you re Rent up they do not care ONE BIT they all just taking your Money from you if you liked to move to Brompton Court APT. go ahead do it you will be sorry. And you think is a JOKE you are DEAD WRONG it the truth about Brompton Court Apt. it is a very BAD Place to lived . I had been here for 4 haft year and it rising up my RENT every time it they raise it to $75.00 this time and it going to far going to far so I am moving out at the END of July 2013. And this is the DAM Truth it turning into ------.. An they even jack up the price to Wash & Dry your clothes it used to be $1.10 to do both now they jump up the price to $1.25 and Brompton manger did not tell anyone they gone up on there washer & Dryer price (And you have to used a credit card to wash & Dry) and you have to pay $25.00 for Trash Pick up for each Month as well .
This apartment is HORRIBLE; I will never encourage anyone to move here. I have had a problem every single month I've lived here literally. The people are dirty, ------, and everything above. The manager is just as trifling as the apartments. I am praying for my lease to be up. I'm counting down my days to leave . Merion Realty Management LLC who the ones own and runs Brompton Court Apts and they will do everything take your Money and they get new Office staff every two months or so Really you will see that person after you move in then after a month or so you will not see that person again this place is for training place for new Manger/office staff .
ALL anonymous comments that give this apartment a rating of "yes" are staff that work here. Do not be fooled. Look at how short and vague the comments are; "oh this place is perfect" "the staff is wonderful". All positive comments are lies. The staff here does nothing but spend maybe 20 minutes of their day trying to make this place look nice. I repeat DO NOT BE FOOLED.
