My Brompton Court Apt experience is a nightmare comes true. I'm not a difficult person to please at all but these apartments should all be burned down and started all over. I've been a resident since of 2011 & have regretted it ever since. I have had severe ceiling leak issues & it's been repaired numerous times. I requested to be relocated to another unit & the staff asked for a $300 deposit. They want your money! Why would a resident have to pay to relocate when they're being inconvenienced? The noise level in the front (when first entering the gate) is horrible! You can hear everything going on in the units around you. All of my neighbors in every direction are VERY NOISY! The entrance or exit gates or sometimes BOTH are almost always broken where anyone can drive thru the facility. Speaking to the staff is like talking to brick wall, they guarantee a lot of things & make a lot of promises & NEVER come through! DO NOT MOVE HERE! Brompton Court Manger who robs you $25.00 monthly on Trash Pickup (DOOR to DOOR Pickup) this place is sooooo OLD and it was Built back in 1971
1. Filthy management. They don't tell you all the things you need to know when you sign the lease. Later on, whenever you ask them something, they will come up with a regulation against you. Worst customer service ever. They don't care about their tenants. They try to charge you for everything. 2. Old facilities. Once in December I woke up frozen and found my heater was actually blowing cold air. It was 50 in the room
3. Neighborhood. If you really care where you live, don't bother to come here. And Place is Really Turing in to ------. I been here for 3 years Just believed What everyone Writing about Brompton Court most of everyone been here for 10 years 5 year so on so on Just believed what everyone Saying is the DAM TRUTH . These apartments are awful. The staff is awful. They are rude, unhelpful, will argue with you across a room, and will do anything to make money. God forbid you for park in your assigned spot and don't have a tag because they will tow you. If you need something done you have to keep bugging them. They loose your spare keys, and will lie straight to your face. They come and spray for roaches but they never go away, infect they get worse. We have rats, flies, roaches and black mold. They won't let me out of my lease without paying them, even though I'm starting to have health problems because of it, and you can't get rid of the mold with someone living there. All in all they are awful and should never rent here I be leaving Brompton Court Apt at the end of the year they going up on everyone Rent and they will not work it out to get you stay they will NOT Lower your RENT for NO ONE and when your lese is up it will go SKY High and it will go up and they will NOT Negotiate at all . This place is not safe, and if you leave your clothes while they are washing/drying your clothes will be stolen. By the way about your clothes it cost to Wash is $1.25 and to Dry is $1.25 and the price used to be $1.10...And you have to used a Credit Cards to do both and let me tell you after 3 years IT A RIP OFF they will take your $$$$ from Washing and Drying BEWARE Useding your Credit Cards in the washing area it will Charge you EXTRA THINGS And Sometime will not Dry your clothes ..
please do not choose this complex, they are thieves, they steal from their residence. I drop my rent in cash and they told me they never received it. the complex is dirty, the manager is super BI##H..... They go and come to your apartment without notice....I do not recommend this complex to anyone. They increase the rent without notice and then return your check and charge you late payment... And I got a good Case with the Harris Country DA Office and they told me there a lot of law Suite going on With Brompton Court Management Staff ..
