my family is here and they cut the water off and it will be on and off about 12 hours this go on and on all the times this place is so old in the bathroom the hot water come out brown and the cold water is so warm not even cold I keep telling them in the office and they say not one thing we can do about it I cant take a shower before I go to work. The manager is very rude I have to go stay at other people s house and take a shower and eat because this keeps happening this is the first time they gave a notice that they will cut the water off and they expect you to pay full rent and basically lied and said I had nothing to worry about And they STOP sending Emails and Letter to tell you thing will turn off or if someone Apt get Broken into they STOP sending that info out . Since I ve been here I ve been stressed and I ve paid my rent faithfully on time and I don t bother anyone. I been here a year and already the water has been off ..a prisoner doesn t even get treated like that. And my overall experience was bad. I had two problems where my car was broken into but nothing was taken.... and a tail light on my car was broken.. Both experiences were a few months apart.. Happy to say no roaches or insects on the second floor. And I had seen BIG Rats around. YES There Rats here and they living for FREE . NOW and it is HORRIBLE! During the rainy season, our roof started leaking and had to move to a downstairs apt. BAD MOVE! It was filled with roaches! Just 2 months ago a lady got Mug and rape and a Gun pull on Steps away from out apt window in his car! Crime investigators came and not to mention just last week someone stole my car charger out of my car.. smh the front and back gate are ALWAYS broken! In my experience of living here, the gates were fixed 2 times, and the tenents would immediately break the gates purposely soon after the gate gets fixed.. I believe the management has given up on fixing the gates... DO NOT MOVE HERE, but if you have too, move to the second floor cause the first floor is infested, and make sure you have a car alarm! The manger here will NOT Do anything for they will talk to you Dirty in your Face I had talk to other tenents and they told the manger talk to them ugly to them and they really charge you most of everything that you need be fix s inside your apt. and DO Not worry if you sign 6 month or 12 month Lease do not worry your lease will go up to $100.00 and will NOT negotiate at all. And they told me they will not negotiate for NO ONE and they really do it at all.. And they will tell you they when you fist sign the lease then when your lease is up they will make a lie up and this is the truth they will tell you this we do not negotiate NO RESIGNING DISCOUNTS AND YOU DON'T QUALIFY FOR ANY CURRENT RENTING SPECIALS FOR YOUR SECOND YEAR. DON'T WANT TO MOVE OR CAN'T AFFORD MOVING COSTS BE READY TO PAY "MARKET VALUE" PRICES as the office called it. Remember you re paying for location and not quality, you re paying for location and not great staff, and last but not least you re paying for location and not even decent fixtures nothing is the unit could be qualified as newly renovated. You have to start all over again if you move out I am asking you please do not Waste your time to moved into Bromton court Apt and you will say to your self we did I moved here and you think your Rent is low when you first moved in just wait just wait when your lease is up just wait you will see how much they will go up on you. And the power goes out most of the time . And before you even moved in go to the Police and get the Crime record and Check out the Crime go on here and you have the right check out the Crime record out before you move into Brompton Court Apt. the Office is A ------- They care about there Self and the Office LIES to you all the time they will Charge you Clean your carpet for $50.00 for one Room only when you sign a lease they will not do TWO Room they will DO Only one.. And Trash is $25.00 a month and your water is about $40.00 or so a month and that with Gas as well....Maintenance is very slow. Management is very poor. Property is shity. Security gates never work. These apartments should be knocked down. The first time they had this request. I was so MAD! MANAGEMENT RIGHT OUT LIED TO ME IN MY FACE! These apartments are not All Bills Paid. Yet, their breaker is forever breaking so even when you pay your electricity bill, your lights get turned off. The doors inside the apartments are forever falling down, the toilets are always overflowing from the sewer, and the water in the sink is colored a beautiful orange when the sewer comes up. The maintence sucks, management is even worse (don t know how she is qualified for her position). Corporate seems to think moldy pipes with corroded plywood is a sanitary environment for families. They still expect you to pay the rent even when your apartment stinks of sewage, mold (from the ceiling, etc. These apartments should be shut down. You have your neighborly hooker wandering the apartments along with your drive through the complex up to your door drive-by shootings, need I say more? Perhaps I should say living there made me want to move on up to the ------. Everyone s car gets broken into, bottles behind your tires, crack heads doing there thing around the corner.90% of the time the gates are broken and are never fixed, some gated community! The key pad to the gates in the front is always broken as well, sometimes not allowing you access to your apartment. And let s not forget to bring a gun before getting mugged in front of your apartment. The health inspector came and give them a Fine and one of my neighbors got out of her lease because she call the City Of Houston and the City got her out of her lease everyone need to do the same. Because they will not let you out of your lease otherwise. They believe the living conditions are acceptable. Oh and don t call them on the weekend if your ceiling falls down, the manager will tell you "its my family time right now and I am with my family, it wont hurt the kids for a few days". Everything is the TRUTH There NO LIES here AT BROMPTON COURT APT THERE NO LIES It the TRUTH DAMIT IT The TRUTH THERE LIES NO LIES DO NOT MOVE INTO BROMTON COURT APT You will be Sorry very sorry if you do and DO NOT WORRY your RENT will GO up when you SIGN a NEW Lease and it will....I am moving out at the end of October 2013 that when my lease ends Please NOTE EVERYTHING YOU HAD READ IS THE TRUTH THERE IS NOT LIES AND THIS NOT A JOKE IT ALL REAL VERY REAL IF YOU MOVED INTO BROMPTON COURT YOU ARE SICK YOU ARE SICK TO MOVED INTO THIS PLACE. EVERYTHING IS THE TRUTH BROMPTON COURT AND AFTER 2 YEARS I AM GLAD THAT I AM OUT OF HERE. IF YOU MOVED TO BROMPTON COURT APT YOU SICK VERY SICK AND YOU WILL SEE WHAT YOU GOING TO SEE WILL HAPPEN TO EVERYONE WHO HAD MOVE OUT BECAUSE OF THE MANGER AND YOU WILL SAY WHY I MOVED HERE. ANY POST MADE IS NOT FAKE IT FOR REAL YOU WILL SEE IF YOU DO MOVE IN WITH THE HEADACHES YOU WILL SEE THAT YOU WAIST YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY YOU WILL SEE. JUST WAIT AND SEE just and wait and see . Oh one more Thing I am a Christian and I believed in God and Jesus and I do not lie or make up things up. Everything I told you is the truth. And I have read some Reviews and everything everyone saying about Brompton Court Apt. Is true very true
