Before I give you my rating of Brompton Court Apt this what have to say fist I am a Christian and I believed in God and Jesus and I do not lie or make up things up. Everything I am going to tell you is the truth.
Here is about Brompton Court apt
Do not rent here, if you do you will soon learn that you get what you pay for! Staff will be nice to you when you meet them, but soon you'll learn what a pain it is to deal with them. Apartment was full of roaches, among other insects. Not a day went by that there wasn't a roach, even AFTER pest control came TWICE. Several water leaks and we had a lot of MOLD!!! Air unbreathable and smelly, something always wrong with the AC system. Did not feel safe at all when coming into my apartment. If you want to live in a nasty, moldy place, then move here. Otherwise take your $$$ elsewhere.. And most of the time the washer and dryer breaks down and you have to use credit card to use them and the cost of on both is $1.20 for both and some time you will be Scam out of your credit card and beware and used use caution while you used washer and dryer at Bromton court Apartments.
Your complex smells like a sewage treatment plant. Your office is lying to people saying it s the bayou come how come it s only in front of your complex and really bad at4&10 oclock when everybody flushes their tolets. You think we are stupid Texans it might roll in New York but not here Ive contacted the EPA,mayors office next it s our congressman if harold farb was alive he would done something!!!!!!!!!!!!! The main problems with this complex are as follows: unprofessional management, severely tardy response time to repair requests-which are mostly inadequate in the first place, no recycling program, no security (even though management has stated there is), over-priced utilities-with no competitive rates. There is a tight-knit group of people forming a tenants' association. . Management and their attorneys have made threats on one of the members of the association's collective members, essentially implying he was lying about management, when a letter was distributed in the west court on June 23, 2013. On July 14, 2013 at approximately 5:30 PM another letter went out throughout the entire complex. The head maintenance person caught wind of it, and began yelling at those of us distributing the letter, stating what we were doing was "against the law." This is patently absurd and untrue. We have a right to raise issues and awareness and to protect ourselves if we feel we are being violated in any form. We also have the right to propagate such information. WE ARE HERE AND WE ARE FIGHTING BACK. Old place with terrible management. People are moving in and out all the time. Leasing office is really greedy. They do not return deposits. Instead, after you move out, they go to your apartment with photo camera to try to find something "wrong" to keep your deposit. Pathetic. Management does not care about real problems... And by the way these Apt. was Built back in early 1970. And there are RATS and Say again Rats or moving into Brompton Courts and they are so big they moving in because how old this place is see the pictures . (OF THE RATS)
