First of all this place is a RIP-OFF big time!! My rent was increased by $200 the first year. The water is turned off periodically--I would say at least 2x over a 2 week period. When the water is on, you cannot drink from it; it's brown and has a distinct odor from being close to the bayou. I have had to call the office staff, sometimes three or four times for an issue. One time when calling in, after asking my apt. number, a member of the staff office stated, "okay I'm cool with that." The leasing office always has new staff, as it is a training facility for the management company. My opnion is to look somewhere else--even if it means traveling further to work and or school.
