I just moved in to these apartments because I am new in town and I work few min from here and these apartments are close but as soon as my lease is over I will be running out of this place. The model they show you is very nice, with upgrades and roach free, but once you sign that lease it's all down hill from there. I have mold in my shower and have a 2 year old little boy with Asthma, I have asked management to help me remove it since it has been in there since I moved in 3 months ago. The Manager at these apartments is a total B****. He is rude and inconsiderate and every time I try and talk with him personally, He is never there. And actually help the tenants that have problems. Most of the time the washer and dryer breaks down and you have to use credit card to use them and the cost of on both is $1.25 for both and some time you will be Scam out of your credit card and beware and use caution while you used washer and dryer at Bromton court Apartments. And there NO SIGN saying use caution while you used washer and dryer NO SIGN saying it.. And when you put your Trash outside the door for them to pick it up few time they will NOT pick it up and Brompton Court Apt will not credit you. And you sill have to pay $25.00 pick up fee. IF they do not pick up your Trash
The apartment above me has a leak in there tub and now there is a huge water bubble in my ceiling in the bathroom. Has anyone made any attempt to fix this? NO WAY! They came to look at it last week and haven't been back or returned my numerous phone calls. and all the -------- have broke down cars in the spaces and this place is infested with roaches They really are horrible.. If u wants something fixed call 2 months ahead and maybe they will come to fix it .. Or even take a look at it. Try having them check your a.c ... Hmmm good luck with that ...in other words this place sucks!!!!!!!!! Don't even think about considering this a place tp live And I just Learn how old this Place is 41 year old place and I had learn how old the Pips are in the walls and they will Bust one of my next door neighbor told me upstairs pipe broke and they Refuse to help or moved him they if we moved you have to pay extra deposit and you have to start a new lease.
and this place had problems with assigned parking spots ever since. I had my car hit on the side of my door by another tenant s car and the managements response was "It's not our responsibility to check and/or regulate the parking structures in our parking lot" and "You're going to have to call the police if you want anything resolved from this" This was the kind of answers I received from the manager. This would have never happened if they had People Park of their "ASSIGNED PARKING SPOTS". I have to admit though, they are really good at not doing their jobs properly, also due to the fact that I have had to call and walk over to their office over several times to get the A/C fixed. Instead, they would try to reassure me that maintenance was on their way. Noise is a serious problem here as well. I hear the tenants downstairs blasting their heavy metal rock music at 3 o'clock in the morning while having sex with the most annoying and scary moans a girl can make it basically sounds like a cat being lit on fire while somebody is trying to take it out with a chainsaw. This was happening nightly. . Maintenance crew speaks NO English. Management is garbage. They are basically just there to receive payments at the 1st of the month. A Monkey can basically do what they do. Horrible place to live... Like the comment stated before... I should have just paid another $100-$200 a month to relieve myself of this headache! Other than everything I've mentioned above^^^ it's a perfect place for everyone. And the price for Trash pick up $25.00 a month and water and gas about $41.00 s month and if you liked your carpet clean that will cost you $60.00 and they will only do one room.. And do not worry do not worry if you Sign a new Lease they will Rise up your Rent and they only go by %%% and they will NOT NEGOTIATE at all again they will NOT NEGOTIATE FOR NO ONE they do not do it at Brompton Court Apt.
And I have up to my head with the manger Roger and his Staff. They Rude and rude as they can they take your Money from you and used it on there self they will not give your Money back on you and they cheat on you out of your Money...... And I had just Learn if you moved out of Brompton Court they will Charge you a Moved out Fee YES a Moved out Fee. And the LAW is they can t do that. And the LAW IS they have to pay you your security deposit back to you they can t used it as Wear & Tear The law is they have to give your security deposit back to you IT THE LAW .. And I just learn if you take them to Court the Judge will be in your favor in Small clime court
f you have any choice at all please do not move into these apartments. You will have a horrible experience and your home with be filled with roaches and mold and old water pipes and that are no place to raise children. I HATE IT HERE SO MUCH. And Can t Wait to move out .. I be moving out at the end of January 2014...
