They are going to charge you 150$ for leaving two plastic (clean disposable) spoons in the drawer. Don't bother cleaning the place with professional cleaners because they are going to charge you based on a spot here and there. They won't charge you based on the extent of damage or uncleanliness. They are going to slap charges based on microscopic marks, believe me, I am a biologist and I literally mean microscopic, you would need magnifying glasses to see the spots. The best part is that they will not use some high resolution pictures to prove this point to you. A picture that looks clean to you is dirty to them, it doesn't matter what your senses tell you, they are just right. They leave you two options, either pay the money that they claim you owe them or they will send your information to collection agencies and screw your credit history. Isn't that perfect? That they can screw your credit history but you can't do anything about them? I admit there are people who take advantage of business but businesses should also be liable at some level. What happens when they have unilateral power to levy charges or screw your credit score?
