Avoid this place, it's Risky I have lived in the Brompton Court Apt. for several years, even before it fell into the dismal shape it is in now. What you can expect now is an escalating increase Rent going up Trash Pick up fee Water/gas fee parking fee you just name it it cost so much to lived here even of the break-ins, narcotics, car burglaries, and an assortment of varies other crimes. Even more disheartening is the lack of management concern for its tenant s safety in the wake of these criminal activities. I, for instance, was stunned and petrified when I looked through the peephole of my door and clearly saw an unknown -------- looking male sitting in my car as he searched it, looking for anything of value. don t move here I have lived in Brompton Court for a 3years and a half this was my and my old roommates first apt so we were thought it would be a great place to live and save money..WRONG my car was broken into twice and the office did nothing about it we had a 2 bedroom and they only gave us 1 parking space who ever got home fist got it and the other had to park on the main street On Bromotn RD. which was no where near out apt we wouldn't even see the door and we are both girls and hated walking alone so far. It was good that its all bills paid but at least when you pay you own bills you can control them in these apts anytime you want to switch from air to heat you have to call the office and sometimes it takes up to 3 days before they come change it for you. I wouldn't recommend these apts to anyone I can t wait till my lease is over so I can move......Bad maintenance This isn't the worse place I've lived but it isn't great. I have problems with the water pressure and I think it s from mineral deposits which management told me to fix myself. Also the air conditioning needs to be fixed and I informed them about it on the first and it is now the 5th and no one has come to fix the problem. I also called today and nothing has happened but hopefully by tomorrow. I would leave but I can t afford it right now. As soon as the lease is up I'm going to move. The rent gets raised every year too. It was seven hundred a month for a two bedroom and now I pay seventy dollars a month more. But electricity is included. In the winter you have to pick between heat or air conditioning which is no good because the weather changes all the time. If you try to hook up a small heater it always breaks a fuse which you don't have access to so you have to call the maintenance to come turn the electric back on. And it seems like since I moved in my car was broken into and my cd player was stolen out of my car and I've heard of three other people in my apartments that have had experiences like this also....... And inside the Air vents it is So Dusty and Dirty inside them and I ask them in the office about it. they sorry we do not do clean out the Air Vents and that why I am getting Sick becused of the Air Vents are so Dirty and Dusty. And if you liked your carpet Clean you will be Charge for $65.00 for one room they do NOT do the bedroom. It used to be $25.00 to Clean it....
And Please Note and this is True a lot Most of the time the washer and dryer breaks down and you have to use credit card to use them and the cost of on both is $1.25 for both and some time you will be Scam out of your credit card and beware and use caution while you used washer and dryer at Bromton court Apartments. And there NO SIGN saying use caution while you used washer and dryer NO SIGN saying it.. And when you put your Trash outside the door for them to pick it up few time they will NOT pick it up and Brompton Court Apt will not credit you. And you sill have to pay $25.00 pick up fee. IF they do not pick up your Trash Brompton Court will just take your Money from you and they will not give you a refund or give you credit of anything.. ..
if you Sign a new Lease they will Rise up your Rent and they only go by %%% and they will NOT NEGOTIATE at all again they will NOT NEGOTIATE FOR NO ONE they do not do it at Brompton Court Apt. I had talk to someone just moved out few days a go and they told me they there rent was $810.00 and it Jump to $1200.00 for one bed room apt and they only been here for one year .
If you moved to Brompton Court you will be very sorry you did Chose this Place and then after a month or so you will see what kind of Big Mess you will get into and the Headaches will starts..
Only thing I can say to you is GOOD LUCK Good LUCK you need it,After few years of this Place I am moving out at the end of January 2014 been here 5 years and that to long they rise up my Rent 4 times as well and they will not give you a Deal they told me in the office they do not give Deals for your Rent the manger Roger he is a DORK and a jerk and a RIP OFF person who take your Money From you and He do not Care about anyone just his Self and his Staff...... I liked the Old Manger a lot better then this one.....
