Terrible apartment.
Worst customer service ever. They don't care about their tenant they try to charge you for everything.
I highly recommend that you look else where. I lived this apartment less than 1 year.
During 1 year, mold appeared 3 times on the same place which is bed room and living room. The reason is that water leaked from upstairs. They did not fix it, just paint for covering. After 3 months later, mold will appear again. Also, when I am in restroom, I can not use phone. Signal is blocked. Also, washer and dryer are very bad.
I have to do more than 2 times whenever I use washer and dryer. I do not understand how they can receive rent. Nobody can live in this apartment. And the Management in the Office are Dicks YES they will try to Hide and keep everything from you and they will be nice to you at First but just watch out when you sign a new Lease it will go up and up if you have a dog you will charge you a lot more and door to door Trash fee and the cost wash and dry you will see your rent about $959, 00 a month or more but good luck you need it,,,,,,,

I I m a current tenant, who has witnessed the property decline as the years have past. The noise here alone at night is enough to make anyone insane, from screaming in the hall ways, loud music in the garage and through the walls, inconsiderate neighbors who leave trash scattered outside your door Management has changed for the worse, they are quick to collect rent (which has sky rocketed to $200.00 since living here), but are slow to resolve a problem. Brompton Court Apt. I encourage you to pay attention to the people who you let live here, especially on the backside by Target Pay attention to the people and first and make the changes to enforce the clauses that are contained in your lease agreement. No noise after 10, forget about it. I have been awakening so many times that I have lost count and it's ashamed that paying and loyal tenants can't enjoy the community. This apartment complex has turned into a college dormitory! , no need to call security because they are not every here. Please take my advice and bring your ear plugs, you're going to need them and don't worry, you will be nice and exhausted for work in the a.m. Peace and blessings. OH this place was Bulit in Early 1970
