Old place with terrible management. People are moving in and out all the time. Leasing office is really greedy. They do not return deposits. Instead, after you move out, they go to your appartment with photo camera to try to find something "wrong" to keep your deposit. Pathetic. bad management.
Especially Roger (property manager. For example: I entered leasing office during office hours to solve some issue and Roger told me right away "Can you stop by after on hour?" without even asking what you want. WTF? I left my work and drove 30 min in one direction to hear "Can you stop by after one hour?" just because she wants to close the office for some reason during office hours. Really?
