Please DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! It seemed like a good deal when I signed, relatively cheap and right down the street from work. Yes, the apartment was rather big. My bedroom is right on near the gates and it is SUPER LOUD. I can hear everything at night. I had pests from small little bugs . I had to call the office numerous times to get rid of them. My apartment is always pretty clean. They sent extermination to , Mind you, When I asked why this wasn't done before I moved in, there was no answer. We originally decided to leave because every time our lease is up they want to increase the price a ridiculous amount for a small outdated one bedroom. Keep in mind never we have never been late on rent and are quiet tenants but after a few increases, everywhere was a better deal.
Ohh yes, and they will TOW! My car was towed because I parked in an empty spot for a few hours. The visitor parking is atrocious. Get ready to park your friends/family in the street blocks away. Hate being treated with respect? BROMPTON COURT APT. can help you with that, your concerns will be met with the utmost lack of give-a----- imaginable. Because remember, you're just another number with a face, and that face is making sitting-around-and-eating-and-gossiping difficult.Rejoice in the fact that at BROMPTON COURT... you are guaranteed to see the ABSOLUTE BIGGEST cockroach you will ever see! Seriously, it was bigger than the roach trap itself. HANG ON, THERE'S MORE!...... Not only will our terrific display of herculean size roaches appeal to everyone. Our silverfish are to DIE for!
This place is terrible, and the management are awful human beings. Don't move here.
Lastly, the because shelves still sticks. rent has skyrocketed since I moved in. They want $885 for a one bedroom with NO washer/dryer connections. It's certainly not worth that.
If you do decide to move in, please inspect your place very thoroughly. There was still paint on my carpets and on the laminate floors in my kitchen. The paint must be super cheap not the worst experience I have ever had but just pray you don't have to deal with the management.
Please just don't do it. Let's not mention holes and cracks for pests to get in and make things hell. The ------ rig a lot of stuff. I noticed a wad of paper holding the latch straight on my bathroom door. Decent amount of crime. Don't go out early in the am by yourself. Friend of mine got robbed at gun point. And For the Cars they sit there and wait until someone Drive up and they Follow you in and the Manger will not do anything about it. and Sometime if they see the Exit gate is open they go to the EXIT and Drive right in and I almost got hit when I was leaving. liked I had said We Move in this place in February 2012 and we made a Big mistake to moved in Brompton Court. and next door neighbor Moved out last Month and she told me she is sick of the Rent keep going up. it gone up on her 3 times. As I was moving out there about 5 resident Moving out in February becused of the Rent going up on them......
