I lived here for a year and it was not a great experience to say the least. It is a very old, run down apartment complex. We Lost Power last week for TWO Days and it was off for 12 Hours then the next Day it gone off again and it was off for 10 hours and the transformer blew up TWO TIMES WITHEN TWO DAY TWO DAYS. And the Light Company came out and fixâ??s it then they came again fixâ??s it the next day as they was fixings we ask them why it keep blowing out/ and they told us the truth why. Because Brompton court is so old and the cables are so old and he told us good thing they did not have a Fire at this apartment complex and he told us it is Really bad. And I was talking to one of my neighbors and they told me there is a lot of Bad building codes here at Brompton Court Apt and the city is out most all the time. And the Pipes Break Down a lotâ?¦. There are cockroaches, and moldâ?¦. The air conditioning broke down several times, and the insulation was terrible so my electricity bill was huge! And for the Manger and Staff they can LIE to you a lot and Scam you out of your Money and cheat you out of your water/gas Bill and if you do moved into Brompton just watch out they will try to Scam you out of your Money it had happen to me few times Just watch out and check your bills every Month Keep track of it as well. I be leaving at the end of the year of 2014 and I am glad that I am leaving this Old Place and there is a lot termites a lot of them in the Hallways and inside your Apartments This place was Built in 1971 that what I was told from one of the neighborsâ?¦.. And Since I been living here the Manger they just Lies to you and lies again in your Face and if you see the manger outside walking around and the office is closed for the day oh by the way there Two manger lived here. If you ask them something they going to say I am of Duty sorry I cant Help you. That IS RUDE of that Manger he cant Help you he say I am off the Clock it have to be next day when I am on the Clockâ?¦.. The management was horrible and have to pay $65.00 to get my carpets Clean and what a RIP off and they even RIP you have for a $25.00 Trash Pickup that a month of $25.00.â?¦ The Bills in this Place keep going up and up and up and they will Rise up your rent as wellâ?¦â?¦ AND THIS IS NOT A FAKE It for Real.....
