When I was first looking for an Apartment complex inside the 610 loop, I had all but given up when I stumbled upon this little gem. It sits quietly on a nice street and has AWESOME access to many of the highways, without the mess of traffic you find in the Galleria, Med Center Midtown, or even Montrose. I'm a single tenant who needs safety and affordability. This place is it. My rent is well priced compared to many of the larger apartment complexes with similar square footage. It is a gated community and the staff is always are courteous and pleasant when you go in to pick up a package or talk about something.
It is an older apartment complex and with the upgrades, you undoubtedly get noise and occasional paint smells. The place has gotten a real face-lift since I moved in. Also, one last thing to note, is it is very community friendly. People, children, and owners with their dogs can be seen all the time. It has a nice vibe. Perfection is never attainable but it feels like home here.
