Few things you need to know about the REVIEW that everyone saying how great this place is it. All LIES All LIES I been here for 3 years and this place have very bad building codes and the Pipes Break Down a lot. There are cockroaches, and mold There been a lot of a lot termites a lot of them in the Hallways and inside the Apartments I had call the Bugs Man I did not call the Office Bug man I pay someone to come and Spray and check out the Building and it cost me about $60.00 And it was worth hire the Bug man have him to spray and this what he told me about the termites and there a lot of ------ Bugs flying around inside the apt as well..they are eating up everything and they are living inside the building bricks and the Bug Man told me it is very bad he had been here before to spray few years a go. . And how old of this place and it will cost Brompton a lot a lot of Money get them out and he told this place need to be TORN DOWN. I moved into this place back in 2012 and I be moving out at the end of July of 2014 this place is 42 old and it need to be torn down. The management was horrible he talk Nasty to you. and have to pay $65.00 to get my carpets Clean and what a RIP off and they even RIP you have to pay Trash Pickup that a month of $25.00.The Bills in this Place keep going up and up and up and they will Rise up your rent as well. AND LET ME TELL YOU THIS IT IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW and it the DAM TRUTH about Brompton Court Apt. and if you liked to lived in this place with the termites go right head moved into this place you will be very, very sorry if you did.... And again there is a lot of building codes I had call the City of Houston and they told me there is a lot of Bad building codes at Brompton Court..... I be moving out at the end of July. If you Chose to lived at Brompton Court BEWARE and you can talk to everyone who lived here for 10 to 5 years and they really can tell you how bad this place really is. The Management will LIE IN your FACE. The Fire Alarm go off most of the time.. Again you can CHECK BBB before you moved in and as well the City of Houston .. I had call both place few days ago the City of Houston building told me Brompton Court really have bad building Codes you can call 311 that city of Houston Phone number. and they have it on Record and you can call BBB they took them off the List and add them as BAD Management. And One more thing after someone lease is up they will go up on your rent. And this is the Truth NO ONE Really Do not stay here they moved out when the Rent go up. And they will NOT negotiate at all. and I try that and they told me they do not do it at Brompton Court Apt. And you wonder why your Light is so high the Air Vents need to be clean out and Brompton court REFUSE to Clean them out the air vent to much Dust.
Again when your lease is up they will NOT WILL NOT NEGOTIATE .. Two of my next door neighbor just moved out because of the Rent gone up and they told them they will not Negotiate so they moved out and one of my neighbor just moved in a year a go and now she have to start all over again with a new place..Brompton Court gone up on her rent $100.00 more . Some place I had lived they go up $20.00 for a Rent increase and they will Negotiate. But At Brompton Court they will not do any NEGOTIATE..
One thing I can tell you GOOD LUCK moving into Brompton Court apt you need it after few month you been here and you will see Bugs and termites .. And you will see them. AND THIS IS NOT A LIE it the TRUTH... And you Can call City Of Houston and they can tell you the Truth about Any Apt. that you moved into if it Safe or not..... And please I am asking you if you do moved in to Brompton Check around and Check the Air Vents and ask them give you a full Tour of the place.
Again if you Moved into Brompton Court Apartments only thing to say is good luck to you after you lived here for few weeks or months you will see whats going and you will see the ------ Bugs flying around there is no way to get rid of them even the termites it hard to get Rid of them as well. OH by the way this place was Built in 1972 and very old on Brompton St.
