So I lived here for almost about 3 years to be near the medical center . I have to admit this is by far the worst place I ever lived . 1. The place is not cheap and low quality. Everything breaks like for example the cabinets break the use glue to hold them together ( like who does that ) the faucet broke it took months for them to finally come and fix it . 2. Brompton court has the worst staff everyone's a creep , you have one of the leasing staff or manager always looks high and looking at you strange for example when your bending over getting bags out your car he's acting like he's texting . You have the guys who are always outside pretending they are working but yet they are whistling and staring at woman in their workout clothes . The neighbors are definitely not people friend , you get scared to walk outside sometimes . There is always a robberies. You have the cleaning crew giving you a 50 dollar fee for leaving your trash outside for 30 minutes claiming you are not keeping the emvironent clean when yet they don't even keep this property clean not only that the cleaning crew also strange. I, over time, grew more and more annoyed and fed up with this place's unprofessional, harsh, uncaring attitude towards my family, my neighbors and myself. It's just not what you want out of the place you call home. I don't mean to complain about every little thing, but these people just leave me no choice. 3. Security , I can honestly say is the nicest of them all but where are you when there is robbery . Where are you when people tires are getting stolen and their apartments are getting broken into . I do like how they warn you about incidents and not keep it a secret but geez.. Also last thing you can smell is the suage horrible smell .. I was so happy when my least was up to move out of there .. This place is ------ and I hate to say that word but not the place to live .. I never seen any Security driving around checking the place during the night�� 4. Maintenance. Not very professional. I called them twice to fix my roomie's toilet which was leaking. They never got it right. I just did it myself, anyway. A few months after I moved in, they installed a light right by my window, which was perfect for me to have a sunbathe in the middle of the night! 5. Bromton Court really have bad building Codes Because how old this place is and it was Built in1972. And They will not NEGOTIATE to Lower your Rent. We are Moving out at the end of August 2014.
