These are the worst apartments I've ever stayed in. Every time u turn around something is breaking and when u call to report it they have an attitude like it's an inconvenience to them, like they aint getting paid for the ----! Honestly I think they need new management, everyone must go!!!! If the people who ran the apartments were good then it would be okay. So if u are smart you would stay the hell away from these apartments, it doesn't matter if u are in desperate need, stay away! I'll keep everyone posted and let y'all know if them bum, lazy females(I want to say something else but I'll be nice lol) get fired because I will be the first to celebrate BABY! Them h**s got to go!!!!!!! Brompton Court Apt. is so Bad and it getting Worst.. When your lease is up and ask them to lower it and what they tell you is they will not negotiate with NO ONE. And if you ask them to move into a another unit and what they will tell you is you have to sign a new lease and pay for a Full Rent and a new deposit they will not negotiate at all... And everyone who works in the Office they all Smokes cigarettes I seen them all out there.... And One more thing they have a fire alarm system in the
Building and you apartment and it go on most of the time and the Fire Dept come and when they get here they Check out complex And the Fire Alarm stay on about 20 to 30 min until they shut it off and sometimes the Fire Alarm will go off during the or sometime Early in Morning when everyone is a Sleep....
Again Brompton Court is Falling apart and it a very old place and it was Built back in 1972....
We are Moving out very soon they will not gives any Deals to us so we found somewhere a lot better then Brompton Court Apt.......
