Some complaint:
1. The Exit gate of the complex was broken for almost two weeks and was left open, and anyone could just walk in.
2. The complex charges 25 dollars every month for trash, but during weekends usually no one come to pick up the trash bag.
3. I live in #6XX The dog downstairs kept barking all the time.
4. I told the staff that my girlfriend and I are getting married and asked if there is any possibility that we could terminate the lease earlier. While I understand that the staff stick to the guideline, but his (Johnny) words was very indifferent and stubborn, just telling me how much extra we should pay if we break the lease, and I did not hear any greeting or congratulations from him.
The only thing good about the complex is when something broke down in the apartment, they will come to fix in time.
