the hassle is not worth living here, the office staff has no clue how to treat people, especially Teresa what her is. . constant break ins into cars and apartments. the police is always on property, nothing ever gets really fixed, this apartment is horrible for the rent they charge. and the rats are a common sight. good luck if you move into this dump. the maintenance people are all lazy and some I wonder if they are the ones breaking into peoples apartments. no working laundry. Why in the hell do I pay $1,300 a month for a 600 sq. ft. apartment and THEN still pay to do my laundry? There are maybe 30 washers and 30 dryers for 800 units. They are always full, they always break, they always leak water onto the floor. Your clothes will take 2 hours to dry and will come out with lint all over them no matter how often you clean the dryer. I spend $28.00 a week doing laundry. And you have use a credit card to wash and dry and beware you will get ripped off when you used your credit card......The point is when I moved in and I quickly realized that was not the case. If it wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg to break my lease and get out of here, I would have been gone 2 weeks after moving in. DO NOT waste your money here you will regret it. Keep looking.....
you can call BBB they took them off the List and add them as BAD Management. And One more thing after someone lease is up they will go up and this is the Truth NO ONE Really Do not stay here they moved out when the Rent go up. And they will NOT negotiate at all. and I try that and they told me they do not do it at Brompton Court Apt. And you wonder why your Light is so high the Air Vents need to be clean out and Bromton court REFUSE to Clean them out the air vent to much Dust..... All this is the truth there NO Lies and Somehow the manger will Con you out of everything it had happen to me and others attendants living at Brompton Court apt. few time with the water and gas I am just letting you know watch out and check out your bill every month to see how much it had change....... Even the Fire Alarm go Off during the night and most of everyone stay inside there apartment while it going off this Fire Alarm go off and on...Again when your lease is up they will NOT WILL NOT NEGOTIATE ..... Two of my next door neighbor just moved out few month before I did. because of the Rent gone up and they told them they will not Negotiate so they moved out and one of my neighbor just moved in a year a go and now she have to start all over again with a new place they gone up on her rent $100.00 more.... Some place I had lived they go up $20.00 for a Rent increase and they will Negotiate. But At Brompton Court they will not do any NEGOTIATE.. Brompton is a Very old place and it was Built back in 1972 that mean it about 43 old building to lived in to. Even the Pipes Break and The water pressure is so Low and the water it smell Funny/taste funny as well I ask them in the office and they told me NOT ONE thing we can't do anything about the dirty water or low pressure they told me you have to call the city of Houston about it.. I told them it your JOB and what they do Hang up on you.... And One more thing the office Staff do not know what they are doing.. I been in these apartment to long and wasting my time and my Money. been here 4 years and the Rent keep going up and up. if you haven't noticed for a package on your door to go pick up at the office is not even there they can't even find your package in the office. And There is a lot of attendants having 3 dogs inside there Apartment and it say on my lease only two pets only and a lot of them have about 3 to 4 dogs and they all bark all night and keeping me and my family all night we call HPD and they never come out we call them again they told us you need to talk to your manger about and we call the manger office and they tell us call call the cops about it and the office told us again nothing we can't do about it........
And Management if you reading this There NO POINT for me to come and talk to you and the Damage is Done it over and you all very Sloppy and do not care....
