I have lived at these apartments for 3 years . The biggest complaint I have is that the apartment smells like old, wet, wood and carpet and no matter how much I ventilate it, the odor seems to be in the walls, AC and the carpet. The apartments office seems more concerned with increasing my rent every time they get a chance instead of offering me solutions. I will have someone come an test my apartment and make sure that I'm not being exposed to anything dangerous. For all other aspects I have no complaints. I have lived there, the management team are extremely awful. don't come, the worst leasing office in the world. Dog Barking all Night when you trying to Sleep The Management in the office do not do anything about it. And last week someone passed away inside there apartment and the manger did not tell anyone that person passed away and I had Goggle it and the TEXAS LAW is if anyone passed away the management have to tell everyone about it. It been a week that person passed away and they have not send Emails or anything to us about it..... And then I saw a American African JUMP OVER the fence. This place is so bad and so old this place is about 44 year old and it falling apart and they rising up your rent and they will NOT WILL NOT NEGOTIATE or CUT YOU ANY DEAL when your Lease is up. And it will go up I am paying about $1459,60 a month for one bedroom Apartment 700 square feet... And we are moving out of the end of April the rent is going up and we been here 3 year and they keep rising up the rent and again I am going to say this again they will NOT WILL NOT NEGOTIATE or CUT YOU ANY DEAL to lower your rent.....
If you moved into Brompton Court I am going to say GOOD LUCK after your lease is up your Rent will go up and it will. And they told us when we Moved out in at the end April they will not give your deposit back to you and that they told us they do not send that back to you if your place clean or not.....
