i was going to rice, and found this to be an ok place. im a guy, but i dont think anyone would generally feel unsafe here. tho, i lived right up front, the back part seems a bit sketchier, but what did i care about that. <br><br>the management could be slow at times, you might ahve to wait 10-20 minutes to give them a check and ask a question, but oh well.<br><br>flexible hours as far as apartments go (they are open on sat and sun). <br><br>oh, there is this fat annoying woman with these two terribly annoying dogs who bark like theres no tomorrow when she takes them outside. i hate her and wish she would go away with her dogs where nobody would see her. she always stood outside my window creepily for some reason with her dogs. but shes sort of an exception to the place, i didnt know anyone but shes the only person i could not stand. <br><br>we got owned with electricity, but this was related to stupid reliant and not archstone -- we should have stuck with their recommended electric company
