One of the wonderful things that the apartments offer is that it has shuttle bus that provides transportation to the medical center as well as Rice University and I'm a student and that was very convenient for me. The fitness center is open 24-hours and due to my very tight school schedule, it came in handy for me. Even though I am a single woman, I never felt threatened by walking out at night because the property was very well lighted. They also have a convenient store on site and was nice because I didn't have to drive anywhere. Anytime that I come into the office, everyone greets me by name which is nice because I came from out of state without knowing anyone in the Houston area. It's a very nice place to live in.
