Review History for anonymous

I moved in two years ago and it was primarily for the location and the price point, just under $1000 a month. Since then, rate has gone up to just over $1200, as it is "market comparable" pricing. I'm not really buying that, as I have done considerable research and this place is certainly not worth the price. Management staff have been relatively nice and responsive, and maintenance staff has been great. Utilities is probably the biggest drawback. You have to have Comcast internet and cable. The power goes out at least two or three times a month. The water it shutoff, what seems like, once a week. The internet drops every week, and i believe that is because of the age of the buildings. The wires/plumbing certainly need some attention. Another big concern is the number of bugs. I kill a cockroach almost twice a week. There are bugs in the kitchen constantly, even after spray two cans of raid. They were quick to deploy a Terminex guy, which worked for a little bit, but nothing solid. Also, laundry was not inside the apartment, it is shared amongst many other renters. Location is great. Staff is OK. Price is not worth it.
