I recently moved out of the apartment ! finally. every day is a hell living there. Please don't rent here @ Bromton Court apartment. I totally agree with other reviews. Management is rude........................... Very arrogant people. Especially Teresa . I wonder how she got this job. She never finds the package that comes to leasing office. Always she says no, there was nothing for you without even checking properly. She was that lazy to go and pick it for you or I wonder she intentionally does that. Too many roaches inside the apartments made my life hell. I never recommend to anyone. Even after moving out from this apartment I have killed 10 more roaches that I brought from this apt. Very carefully I brought my stuff out. Roaches everywhere. Night time once you turn off the lights and then turn on after a while you can see roaches everywhere, on your kitchen, food, floor,walls,furniture or even on your body. annoying. I will rate minus if they have. Don't get fooled by seeing the neighborhood... there are 4 apartment on Brompton Street and only 3 of them are good Shape Brompton Court is falling a part and it very old very old place Pipes Break... Very bad experience. The only reason we live here is because it's close to the medical center. Unfriendly, playing tricks on renting rates, delay in facility order request, and bad communication - they never tell you things clearly beforehand. Certainly not recommend. If you have other choices, avoid living here. The management and front office staff are rude and lack basic customer service skills. I overhead women in the fitness room talking their experiences with encountering rude behavior as well. You just should fix anything that breaks in your apartment yourself if you can because it will get done much faster that way I can assure you. They are very young NO one do not stay in the office very long they change new staff every few months. They will not let you sign a new lease without rental insurance the Texas Law is you do not have to buy or have rental insurance when you moved into apartment and they told me they do not have to go by the Texas law and I told them I will see you in court they really do not care they just here take your Money away from you this place is so old and I was told it was built back in 1973.. The Rent keep going up and up they will not cut you any Deal at all. They all very rude to you and do not give a DAM about you.. And you have to pay gas, Water Pets, Parking, gate card, Trash pickup.. And if you liked one penny short on your Rent they keep sending letter out to you and they can't wait until next month to pay that Penny or a $1.00... The washing Room keep breaking down for 2 load it will cost you about $5.00 or so. And if you moved into Brompton Court I can tell you will paying a lot and a lot of Money when you sign up a new Lease they can go up about $60.00 to $150.00 more that you are paying when you first moved in.....There is always trash everywhere. Either there is no groundskeeper or they don't do their job. The basket for pet waste is always overflowing with yards of gnats and flies everywhere it makes it unbearable to walk you dog in that area. It's also inconveniently placed in the middle of 7 huge electrical voltage boxes that have warning signs on them The Halls or very very Dirty they never clean it really bad and it Smells bad everyone leave there Trash out in the hallway they those cigarette butts on to the ground after they smoke the fire alarm goes off most of the time Horrible Apartment Horrible.. I am going to let you know There is NO FAKES Reviews. It the Management who makes the place look bad and if you moved into Brompton Court you will see how bad it gets and after they will raise up your apartment rent And they will not Negotiate they will rise it up to $60.00 to $150.00 more and they will do that honest to God they will Rise it up BIG Time... Again there is NO FAKE Reviews. Brompton Court is oldest place to live at and it was built back in 1972 and again they will not lower or Negotiate at Brompton Court apartment. And they will Cheat on your rent water sewer gas and everything else on your statement...... And Good Luck Moving into Brompton Court you need it after few years I have lived this Run down place and it is Rundown and old place to lived in.....
