I moved here in 2009 and have lived here for six years. Things were fine until a few years ago the new management came. Then the rent started going up significantly and valet trash fees were forced upon us. The hallways now smell like rotting food and poo due to trash being place outside the doors for valet trash at the wrong hours. The loud pool parties and kenneled dogs barking all day long after calling management several times have been utterly useless. The laundry machines are now online and often broken. I prefer the old coin machines that did not go offline. The water does get turned off several times to get fixed. Also the A/C unit in above my closet has leaked several times on to my clothes. The pros that I can think of are the mature trees, plenty of parking, spacious units, and good neighborhood. However the inability to sleep much due to horrendous noise violations with barking dogs at all hours of the day and night and loud parties by the pool have drastically decrease my ability to function daily and my overall satisfaction. I do not plan on renewing my lease here due to inaction of management.
