Lived here for almost 1 year now. It obvious that the building is very old but nothing you can do about that. The residents are pretty good. They are either med students or medical city staff. I personally have never had an issue with maintenance. Infact, I think they do a good job. Especially Michael. No matter what time you call him, he is very willing to help. I had to call him on the emergency line a couple of times last week late at night and he came over within 15min both times. Some people may show up like they are being bothered you had to call them late at night, but both times Michael showed up very courtesy and efficient and said "this is my job, this is what I do, I'm glad I can help". I hate to bother people especially late at night on a Saturday, but to have him come as quick as he did and be kind and courteous as well was very much appreciated. Brompton Court is lucky to have him there. That being said there are a few things that desperatley need improvement on the grounds. But I have been told that they are already in the process of doing these things so I feel it's not worth mentioning just yet. Things will always need improvement/maintenance. But as long as the facility is willing to fix them thats all we can ask. Except for the gym, they haven't fixed the equipment yet. :)
