ok. maintenance is good. rent keeps going way up even though the level of service stays the same or decreases. the valet trash is the biggest waste of money. i live in a patio enclosed apartment so they do not even come to my apartment, but i still have to pay the fee each month. they do not include it in the rent even though it is a required charge, so it is a shameless way of trying to advertise lower rates. i would rather put the monthly valet trash fee directly into the trash than keep giving it to management for a service they will not even provide my apartment.
