Verified Resident ā¢ 2015 - 2016
Living here is alternately delightful and extremely frustrating. The age of the complex itself makes it both charming and decaying; the buildings are more solidly constructed than the cracker box blights that are being thrown up at such an alarming rate these days, but that also means that everything from pipes to sidewalks is deteriorating and in need of repair and/or replacement almost constantly. Management seems more interested in putting up a pretty first impression for potential new residents than in tending to the needs and desires of current tenants. Perhaps the greatest plus is the location, in a fine, lovely, older neighborhood that offers excellent access to virtually every major street and freeway, not to mention Rice University, the Medical Center and NRG Park.
