Good location, some problems. Office staff are polite and timely, but are unwilling to compromise and will nickle and dime you on move-out. They are transparent about almost everything. I wish Valet Trash was not a mandatory charge. All of the community doors here are ridiculously heavy, have annoying knobs, and slam shut. Pet fees here are ridiculous. Neighbours are nice, very very quiet. A lot of annoying lights that shine through windows at night. The northern side of the complex is much nicer than the south. My bike was stolen despite a u-lock. A lot of flooding issues this complex had have been resolved through some drainage solutions implemented by the city.
