It's falling apart. Elevators are always breaking. Cracks in my walls,it took 10 years to get carpet & padding replaced with the the cheapest possible.Years ago it looked cleaner, they had someones weep the walkways and stairs daily. Simply Apartment living at its best is the slogan. Really? now that's false advertising. Oh, and making us pay for door to door trash pick up when most of us would rather save the $300 a year since we aren't helpless and took it out with no problem.
