The apartment I Currently occupied over 9 months but I have lived in the community over 6 years because the apartments are modern,clean well gated . The leasing employees are friendly and cautious to customers. I highly recommend anyone who want a peaceful place to settle.

Just moved in. There are some issues with how the apartment was put together. The window blinds broke after trying to adjust it with one pull. Took maintenance two days to come fix. Seeing roaches and another weird looking bug. Botched paint in the bathroom. Hoping it gets better.

This was once a nice quiet community. This community has continued to go down. Management is allowing tenants that either don’t understand the rules or totally disregard the rules with no consequences.

There could a be a lot of improvements to the expereince here. So many issues at move in date and it has been over a month and I am still waiting on some of the issues to be resolved. I wish my issues were expedieted as there were some major ones that I should not have to deal with and made it impossible to use the kitchen and bathroom.

The apartment is everything I wanted and amenities are nice. The problem I have are neighbors. It appears that there are too many people living inside on apartment and they are loud. Also the marijuana smoking is terrible and it is being done inside of the apartment so the smell sometimes lingers into my home. I had really bad allergies and it affects my well being. So if the noise and smoking could change I would have no complaints.

My first year was heaven in this apartment. Now the Neighbors are very noisy and I can’t go out for walk because of dogs everywhere and they never control them. 7 months pregnant and have to bear my top neighbors noises all the time tapping and running I complained at the leasing office but nothing happened and didn’t bother to give me a follow up call. No maintenance provided during the renewal of lease

Poor management, high turnover on the management team for obvious reasons, excellent maintenance staff. Cars have been broken into, rims have been stolen on multiple occasions even with onsite police officers with marked vehicles in the community, with nothing done to address that constant issue. Gate is almost always open.

The environment is always neat. The maintenance are really doing great job. Good parking space for d residents and visitors. Each season of the year they have different events at the front office. They even celebrate events like Christmas and more.

I l9ve living at this property. The management staff is very responsive and maintenance work order request are typically processed within 24 hours. The location of the property to nearby freeways and shopping centers is very convenient and ideal for apartment living.

I stay in apartment 238. This place is infested with spider webs. I’ve been emailing them for 4 months no response. They don’t return your emails. Every time you walk up and down the stairs is spider web or walking in and out of your house. You can’t even hold on to Stair railings without your hands touching spider webs. Maintenance sucks staff sucks they just suck all the way around. They won’t do nothing about it but they always taking my rent every month without a problem. They probably won’t approve my pictures I uploaded either. It’s pictures of the spider webs and they not small either

We have only been here for a month and a half and so far we like living here in Yorktown Crossing. It is a very quiet place. Is beautiful and nice place to live. Ms. Lupita has been very kind with us. The pool is nice. I can walk outside the building to shop in Aldi

Grounds are not maintained very well: 1) Residents do not remove their dogs waste from the grass. and it is not uncommon to see dog waste on the sidewalk. 2) The ground maintenance crew will blow grass from the lawn onto my patio and leave it their.

The trash service has been a little better now but it was taking forever to pick up ours. The maintenance has really been great so far by fixing everything same day most times depending on importance. Over all its been a good 2 years. I know the apts cant control what happens outside but across the movie theater there always making donuts and the noise is annoying and they always do it when people trying to sleep. Thats the worst part of being in this apt.

Since I arrived its been terrible. First day, freezer was leaking & not producing ice. Fridge wasnt staying cold at all; I had to throw away food because of the dysfunctional appliances. Microwave wasnt working at all. Kitchen sink clogged as well. I experienced all of this on my first day of arriving on Friday & didnt get service until Sunday night. Move in date was on the 7th but didnt arrive until the 11th. If a proper walk through occurred, theres no way I would have experienced any of this. Now that paint around both bathroom sinks are pealing up & still no service. Its been 4 days & maintenance or management hasnt contacted me.

Good community. I have had some noise issues with some of my neighbors nothing I can put bad towards the community. It's a nice quite place to live pretty close to grocery, fast food places. Thats about all I can think of.
