Beautiful Place and great people!
This place is beautiful and everyone was super friendly. My daughter lives there and I visited her for the first time and went inside the office and the manager was very polite and made me feel so welcome. I would recommend this place to any parent with young adult kids or the parents!

Best apartments I have ever stayed in
Ten pines staff has done a great job taking care of everyone here. They make sure we are safe with on site police officers, and our work orders are always filled out and taken care of without a long wait.

Giving Ten Pines even one star is too much, if we're being honest. I gave myself an entire month after moving out of Ten Pines (March 30th, 2023) to give this review. To begin with, When my roommate & I moved in, we we're suppose to move in on a Friday. I had everything packed up, was ready to move in on FRIDAY. I came to the office to pick up my keys from Assistant Manager Victoria to tell me they we're putting in new carpet.... & she told me that she tried calling me, but it was only one time she tried calling and she didn't even leave a voicemail to explain anything. So we had to move in on Monday. Which was very unprofessional to even being with. We moved in into a ROACH INFESTATION.... And when I tell you roach infestation, I mean roaches on the WALLS, in the kitchen, IN ONE OF THE ROOMS. & Mind you, the exterminator confessed he told management about it but they would rather pay less for a treatment that doesn't get rid of groups of them, than having to pay more to actually solve the problem. Which is the pictureā¦Ā See More>mikey3434

i just recently moved here from ohio to start my career in the logistics field. Mrs.Victoria made me feel welcomed and took her time to show me everything in my must have categories and made the process for me smooth sailing! I would highly suggest seeing here if you are new to the area and looking for a great apartment to live in!

I moved to Ten Pines summer 2020 in June and my stay has been ok but not very pleasant. The community is nice with beautiful amenities but when you actually live here at the community you experience the thin walls which is extremely annoying because I literally can hear everything my neighbor is doing. I would not recommend anyone who has children that are young in age to come to this community due to that.

It is a great area however management is so unprofessional they had random inspections of your apartments also the walls are so tin you can hear anything! Not to mention PARKING SUCKS! There is constant random people that do not live there parking in the parking are closest to your apartment it will suck when I get off work super late or have to go to the grocery store and had to park on the other side of my building! Called management to fix the issue but never got a resolution.

I am known for staying at apartments for one lease term and leaving for the next property. I actually loved Ten Pines! I stayed at this property for 5 years! I love the layout of the apartments and it helps that they are fairly new. I never had any major problems there. I felt very safe and my neighbors were nice. My only problem was emailing an outside company to obtain a daily visitor pass for my guests. One of the reasons I was able to stay so long was due to the Asst Manager, Janessia! She was always so helpful and went above the call of duty to ensure that our needs were met. She was always smiling and very hospitable (this was more helpful than you can imagine). I will miss it there!

If you like constant inspections of you apartment i.e. AC, Leak, Building every other month and other random inspections, a new apartment managers every 3 or so months, limited access to community amenities then you will love living here. But if your like me the apartment management team SUCKS... They never fix anything but always want to do some type of inspection to enter you apartment. If you like your privacy then I WOULD NOT move in. Too expensive and seems like they are HUD apartments with constant inspections of apartments . IT CALLED REASONABLE EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY... Don't be fooled by their kind nature, its only to lure you into a lease.

If you're reading this, do not move here. Try another place up the road. The staff are extremely rude! The walls are so thin, the gym is a disgrace, and there's a train that rolls through blaring it's horn at all hours. Seriously, don't get caught up by the nice appearance of this place. Its not worth putting up with living here.

I've lived here for two years and it was fine. Tonight however my key broke inside the lock and the after hours maintenance refused to help me get into my apartment even though the voicemail stated they assist with lock outs. To make matters worse I have a pet inside. I had no choice but to wait for a locksmith and pay a good amount of money. This is another change to add to a growing list where they failed to notify residents. Extremely disappointed in this community. Follow up review: The community manager promptly handled my situation and is reimbursing the money I spent on a locksmith.

I moved to Ten Pines during the summer. The one thing that bothers me the most are the thin walls. When living in an apt you expect to hear your neighbors from time to time, but when your neighbors don't have common courtesy and play a booming sound system that makes your floors and wall vibrate, that's a problem. When it's tolerated and no consequences are set it makes you hate to come home.

I had one of the maintenance staff tell me the water at the whole complex is bad. When you turn the cold water on there is a foul smell that comes out. This isn't normal. Also there was a break in at the gym on site. The front office didn't make the residents aware. I wouldn't recommend this complex and can't wait until my lease is up !!!

I've been here since they originally opened. The first company that had the property were very professional and stayed on top of things. Since then the property was purchased to Price Realty. They are very unprofessional and will not even answer the phone. They have a new person every week. When I first moved here it was a nice community. Everyone seem to work. Now it's like there just letting anybody move here. There are tenants who have guest that don't live on the property but will take parking spots from residents who do. I can't wait until my lease is up to move out. I wouldn't recommend this property. The apartments are over priced to have very thin walls and the train the runs constantly. Also to be a hard working resident and living at a property were there letting just anybody move here is a disgrace !!!

Leasing office does not tell about train horn that blows anytime day or night. Obviously office is lying about working on quiet zone because every time I ask for status or when the next meeting they say, they will call and let me know. I of course, never get a call. Amenities stay broken: fire pit, gas grills, pool umbrellas, pool waterfall & pool gates. Sidewalks flood from sprinklers & mud covers the concrete (I almost fell!!!). They took 3 weeks to change a light bulb & air filter. Apartments are over priced to say they have so many issues.

I've lived here a year and just signed a new lease for another year. Mainly because it is a great deal price-wise. Fairly new apartments with stainless steel appliances, including in-unit washer and dryer, and energy efficient as far as cooling and heating. People tend to forget how expensive unisulated apartments/old air conditions truly are. As well as laundromats or on-site laundry rooms. Parking spaces are huge, the gym is sufficient, the pool is top notch for sure! I have read some of the reviews for Ten Pines and can tell you that I have only seen a couple spiders in a year, the managment staff has always been courteous and responsive, and maintenance is rapid and friendly. Water pressure is low and you can hear some stomping/loud noises from time to time, but that's apartment living, and better than 90% of complexes I've lived in. Pet deposit to me is high at $500, but all the dog owners DO pick up their pet's poop, and they are all on leashes.

I have lived here for 4 months and i can say im not in love but i really like it. Not the perfect loction if you use to being in the city but its nice and quiet. Well kept,i dont like the fact that the gates arent always functioning properly though. the staff though can be pretty helpful at times. and In regards to the last review i actually miss the young girl that was the leasing consultant, she was way better than all the temp people they had when they went through mangers changing i highly doubt she was fired though !!

I was one of the first residents that moved into Ten Pines. One of my biggest concerns when I was searching for an apartment was safety, I feel very safe at Ten Pines. I have never heard of any car break-ins or anything. I often come home late and I have never had any problems when walking alone after dark. The other residents are very nice and everyone tends to mind their own business. There are never any children running around the parking lots or causing trouble. We are next to a middle school so that's surprising. We have changed management quite a few times but I have never had an issue with anyone in the office being unprofessional. The Summereood area is growing and we are located right off of Beltway 8 so that makes it easy to get where we need to go. Overall, I love my apartment community and I plan on living here until I purchase a home.

The new management team with Ten Pines is horrid I miss these apartments being under the supervision of Lincoln Properties . The new management team is unprofessional, not welcoming and the asst manager is like death warmed up the the leading agent who sits out front is horrible. I have lived here going on two years and will not be renewing my lease the tenants pay good rent and should receive better customer service from the folks in the office . I should have left as soon as I heard Lincoln had sold the property!

I have had worst experience ever lets start with application process they kept giving me the runaround even though I me requirements !!! Second they fired the leasing agent before my move !! Icalled to get move in rate and they stated my file was empty and they had no Paperwork even though I had turned in everything and signed the lease assistant manager a decided that because I had attitude she hung up even though I did not cuse or raise my voice or call her out her name even though I wanted too!!! Than I said I don't even want to move in so they hit with if I don't would be breaking the lease ! I am going to report them to bbb & the apartment association and I'm calling there corporate !!!! I won't be staying here a day longer than I have too !!!
