The best staff every
Karen is wonderful she helped me with my renewal and grabbed me when I came into the office to update me. She was already working on it. That’s world class. Sharee is always the gold standard too. She brightens up my day every time I see her. She and Karen feel like family. That’s hard to find and contributes to me staying.

Karen the leasing agent
This is my second year living at Willowbend Apartments, and I’ve been working with Karen for nearly two years now. After this lease, I’ll continue choosing to work with her because she’s been consistently reliable and helpful. Most recently, Karen assisted us with transferring from one apartment in one building to a larger unit in a different building. What could have been a stressful process was made incredibly smooth thanks to her support. She was there every step of the way, answering all of our questions clearly and making sure we understood everything. Karen truly went above and beyond to make the transition easy and stress-free. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help made a big difference for us. I highly recommend Karen to anyone at Willowbend Apartments—she makes the entire experience much more comfortable and seamless.

ROACHES EVERYWHERE
This place is nasty. They call it luxury and all you see is roaches everywhere. They will approve anyone to move in. Unlike other properties people get denied at this property allows any and everyone. Car brake ins and do not pay any attention to the good reviews they are done by staff 96% of the time to attract traffic. Stay away!!!!!

Do not live here. The management will tell you one thing and do another. If management makes an error, they will NOT resolve it, all they want is money to line their pockets. They close off an entire section at night to "prevent crime" inconveniencing anyone who lives in that section. Maintenance doesn't properly do their job at all, once asked to get an air filter replaced and they forced the wrong size in, causing mold to grow in the AC. Loud noises all hours of the day and night, whether it's cars, people arguing, or unsupervised children screaming.

Great property
The property and staff is doing a good job of taking care if this property from flea treating the pet inclosures to safety and making sure things are done for people that live here I'm so happy to be in this apartment complex.

Our pools are totally green for almost a week now. I have observe children and adults swimming in the pools. It’s definitely a health and safety concern to our apartment community. I have spoken with management about the issue. Just to have management just laughed. This is just ridiculous but is what you call luxury living.

I have been requesting online and thru phone maintenance to fix my heat for 2 months! And no response from anyone! 1300 a month and no heat! Absolutely ridiculous!!! Today my grandbaby says mimi it's cold in here! I have had enough!! Temp. Set at 80 all night and its 68 in here! I'm going to call housing authority!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The management here is outright rude and absolutely does not care about the residents here. My car has been towed twice while living here from handicap parking, with a handicap placard displayed. Management was no help and defended the rights of the TOW TRUCK company, not the residents who live there and pay rent and their salary (from the net operating income). FYI your pay is in the budget, a budget that's derived from our rent payments. THERE ARE NO OTHER INCOME STREAMS ASIDE FROM OUR RENT! You should make sure that we have EVERY courtesy against companies you "have a contract with". Dogs poop everywhere, loud music, cars speeding through the parking lot, and when walking to my unit it smells of weed! Not to mention on some days the smell seeps into my unit. This is the absolute worse apartment complex I have lived in. Not to mention when I tried to transfer units, they gave me one infested with roaches. And don't answer to me with your passive --- response, because you don't have that same energy when we call! I'm seriously considering breaking this lease. THE WORST!

At first, Willowbend seemed like a great apartment. It was brand new and had all the updates of modern apartments - stone counters, island in the kitchen, open concept, deep kitchen sink with gooseneck faucet, stainless steel appliances, and wood-look laminate in kitchens and bathrooms (and throughout on the first floor). After living here for almost a year, I now have a better picture of what living here is like. All of the above mentioned things are nice, and I will look for those in my next apartment, but I do not think I would recommend this place to a friend. We live on the second floor, and our upstairs neighbors seem to make a ton of noise. I expect this to a degree, but the amount of noise coming from them leads me to believe this was a poor/cheap construction job. The carpet in the living/dining and bedrooms is extremely cheap. Within a couple of months the high traffic areas were already mashed down. The office staff never answers the phone when you try and call. I didn't even know management companies were switched in the middle of our lease because no one bothered to let us know. They say they are a gated community, but that doesn't mean anything, the gate is constantly open allowing anyone to walk/drive in. Gated communities are just a selling point, all you have to do is wait for a resident to pull up and open the gate, and then you follow them right in. There was someone help up at GUNPOINT the other night and his car was stolen. I will say that maintenance, once you ask a couple times about the progress of your maintenance request, do a good job.The pool is pretty great in the summer too. Overall, I would live here if you work close and want a short commute. Otherwise, I would find someplace else to live.
