Great home, spacious, quiet community, great amenities and I absolutely love the dog parks and so do my puppies. Neighbors seem friendly and welcoming and my kids love the candy at the front office. We made the right choice moving here

New apartment homes with yards and garages. Great deal over all. Great staff that go above ane beyound. Quiet neighborhood. Great acress out of community and onto 130. Very dog friendly, 2 dog parks. Beautiful trail

This is a very nice well maintained new community in growing Hutto. I mostly worked with Sofia, but all of the leasing staff are friendly and very willing to help. All my questions & concerns were quickly answered. The maintenance staff are also quite friendly and respond to work request in a timely fashion. The location has convenient access to IH 130 & IH 35. Round Rock is a short drive west.

The staff was very helpful and informative, everything went very smoothly on the move in day. Everything inside my place was clean. I downloaded gatewise and resident portal which are extremely convenient as well.

I love the community. Everyone in the office is very friendly. Sintia was amazing! She helped me tour to find the exact unit that was perfect for me! Highly recommend the community to anyone wanting to move in a quiet safe environment!

I like the fact that it's brand new, the interior of the unit is very appealing. The cleanliness and maintenance of the landscaping is great. Trash picked up daily is a great thing (for me), no need to store it for a week. Perhaps speed limit should be reinforced, not everyone follows.

Great new community with nice amenities. Very friendly office staff - nice apartment community vibe with duplex and new homes for rent. Great deal relative to traditional apartments for those more accustomed to living in a standalone home.

The reason I moved into this community is because they had the option for a one bedroom with a backyard and a doggie door. The reasons I will be staying at this community are, management is very knowledgeable their courteous, their helpful they will help you out with whatever you need! The layout of the community beautiful. I only have to share one wall. I don't have to worry about neighbors above me being loud trash pick up is always a plus. I don't have to worry about lawn care It has modern amenities.

Just moved in a two days ago and so far so good. To be the first occupants in this unit is a plus. The process overall was great and very easy. The staff also great, knowledgeable and answered any concerns. I had a locator to help find this place. The same day we toured with Sophia and my boyfriend and myself was very pleased with what we saw and heard. Not to mention the complementary wine bottle they give you at the end of the tour. We thought about it and applied the same day only a few hours after touring. We got approved the same day which is great when looking for a place, didn't have to wait weeks to find out. Love that my unit has a 2 car garage and driveway space. Which was a big deal when looking for a place. A nice size private backyard for my fur babies. I would recommend checking this place out.

I've just recently moved in as of 7/13/24 so I it's too early to give an opinion. However so far it's been great, maintenance staff is quick and thorough, leasing office staff is always so upbeat and ready to help and answer any questions. The cleanliness of the community and noise level is great however it is not nearly at full capacity yet so we will see how long the cleanliness, noise level, and landscaping stays up kept. I will say the spectrum fiber isn't as GREAT as people make it out to be, however I only watch Netflix or TV on it so that's really all I need it for. So far so good! Keep up the good work MansionsEight65!

It was a great experience with the staff. As a new community it was difficult to get services like wifi put on. But it's beautiful and clean. The maintenance team responds quickly and the entire staff is so friendly

Move in process was extremely simple and fast. Jana assisted my family in picking the perfect house for us. I would highly recommend this location to anyone searching for a luxury style of living as well as a safe community

The energy of the staff is amazing here! They have been super helpful with my questions, know me by name, and help you with anything! Gorgeous community for upscale living. My apartment is brand new and it was built and designed very well! I love the garage and the yard the most!

The maintenance staff are very professional and timely on work orders. Was having issues with the water heater and maintenance came out 30 minutes later to address the issues and fix the problem. Before leaving he clean up the area and made sure everything was in order.

Property is beautiful, the office staff is more than helpful walking thru the process of rental to move-in, always available to answer questions, concerns. 24 hour security. The Unit is more like a home than just an apartment, with a garage and small backyard with privacy fence. Full size washer/dryer hook up. The only thing it is missing, which is not at all a deal breaker is ceiling fans, i am proud to Call Mansion eight 65 my home,
