Worst management ever. No action on complaints. The service requests get closed without completion. Repeated Mailbox breaking, no CCTV monitoring. Leasing office doesn't bother to hear out requests. It was all good earlier but now everything has changed altogether with the new management.

I have been facing multiple issues with the management from day one.. there is no proper response for the ticket raised, and there is lot of delay in fixing maintenance tickets, staff in leasing office are not at all helpful to resolve the issues. My AC issue was prolonged for months and I had to pay 100 of extra dollars as electricity bill just because of the negligence of the management and maintenance. Also, mail box compromise happened twice and there is no action from the management.The only reason to stay in Anthem, Irving is that I have some good Neighbors and don't want to miss their company

Community is near to Valley Ranch Elementary. Apartments can be renewed to ensure a happy living space. Service or maintenance requests are served okay few in days few in weeks or months. If you want to stay near Coppell schools this can be a choice

Worst community ever, the maintenance requests are still pending and its been one month since I raised the request. The transfer fee should be removed from my account and its been 4 months since I moved in and I have been sending multiple emails but it has not been removed. Overall worst experience. I hear the other residents stating the same. I am not sure if this survey is going to change anything at all but hope it does. The trash overflows all the time but nobody picks it up

This apartment complex is not without flaws. The building are more dated which makes the upkeep on them more challenging. That being said, the front staff, Kayla and Champagne, are fantastic!!!! They are so understanding and caring, you can't ask for better faces to represent the complex. Daryl is another AMAZING asset to the anthem team. He has come to our apartment countless times to fix issues that are out of his hands and always manages to fix them for us. He is simply the best and we wouldn't have been able to adjusted to the apartment without him. Though our experience here has not been perfect, these three have worked endless to make our living experience here so much better.

Maintenance request are not attended immediately. Lot of cracks on the wall and ceiling, water leakage, water shutdown, No amenities on time, swimming pool closed most of the days. Sufficient Maintenance people not available. 2 full time Maintenance guys available and I believevthey are not able to manage.

Units are good spacious and its located in a nice location. There are lot of issues inside the unit and the maintenance team is really slow in fixing them. Even emergency requests were not fixed urgently. The response from the leasing office for maintenance requests were also not helpful. This apartments will be a really good place if they can fix the maintenance issues on time. The flooring, walls are not finished well and many fixtures does not work. Swimming pools are not well maintained.

Hi Thank you for getting feedback. Service requests are not getting addressed quickly or not yet all. Opened set of tickets twice for air filters/ security battery replace/ garage door not not addressed. Leasing office team also not friendly with residents. Due to kids schooling we are opted this. My prior community service was great. After I came to anthem air conditioned was not worked couple of weeks. My power bill always over $250 so far. Looking to improve the service requests resolution time. Until unless there was issue we never open service request right! Thanks Suresh

Very unhappy since I moved here .Apartment had many unresolved issues that should not been rented out . Maintenance request you submitted never get resolve you have to call manager to see what happen . Lots of noisy neighbors from abroad who do not follow rules . And not enforce by management . Or corporate . Nothing gets resolve unsupervised children playing in street Trash everywhere . Ppl from other countries lay out wash on hedges . Cracks in the wall Beware do not move here . Maintenance and manager changes

It's very good community , but the problem id houses are very old and every month there is one or other issues . The major problems are related to Air conf and Heating. Majority of time there is sufficient delay in addressing the problems . I raised issue with my ac and it is been two plus weeks now and the air conditioning is not fixed . Imagine living in a house in Texas summer with out AC . It is inhumane ! Requesting admin attention to address these issues on priority basis .

Older apartment complex. Maintenance staff is friendly. Communication sometimes takes several days to a week or so for a response. Maintenance requests also sometimes take a week or two to receive a response. When everything is working accordingly I love the complex. Due to the age and foundation issues the drywall does have a ton of cracks in the Sheetrock.

I am impressed with the Mgmt and their service. You are treated on all occasions as a distinguished guest. Once a work order is issued they do follow up till the job is done. well maintained and clean. Mgmt takes time to listen to your concerns with diligence and Attention. the buck does not stop there. I have been charged for renters insurance multiple month when I produced my copies and account information at move on. I have not been reimbursed and will be writing a one star review come the first of February if I have not been reimbursed by that time. Pisses me off. People work hard for their money not to be scammed continuously by their apartment complex! Total --------

The apartment is affordable but i do not like that I am required to use spectrum as an internet character. Prior to moving in I asked if there was a required service I had to use and the management said no. But once i did it the spectrum people said they have an exclusive contract and to be honest it is one of the more expensive services and does not work as well.

It feels like home. Management and maintenance are always there for you but are not invasive. They let you live your life by not getting involved with ridiculous rules. Very relaxed atmosphere while still maintaining a clean complex.

Older community and the property is not well maintained.Cracks between the windows and walls. Apartment was not ready upon move in.My keys were not ready upon moving in. I have put in several requests for pest control it was answered once.

It's average or mixed feelings with satisfaction living in this community. We stayed because of coppell ISD. Rents are too much in last 5 years it was hike up-to 100%. Many time we need to keep inform about the maintenance tickets.

Overall it is ok. I do not have any complaints about my living conditions or the people who manage the facility. However, my apartment seems to have a way to let wasps in. All the doors and windows will be locked and shut but I will wake up to the sound of 3 wasps sometimes.

Community is good , reach to school is great , but no proper management tickets gets automatically closed without solution , one have to go personally to office and sit on managemnts head to get issue solved obviously you have to take a leave from your work to get it solved. App doesn't work properly coz of that they charged me rent late fees of 200 dollers and i snet email for same its been more then a month no repy from them, i went on saturday when i m free from work no knowlagebalke persona availabe to solve the issue manager is never available over email or when you send reply from app, So yes life is tuff here

Its a very old apartment community, old appliances. Any service complaints takes very long to be serviced. Very bad service for the $ you send here . The only good thing in this community is close to everything, shops restaurants and coppell isd.

Positive: cozy looking apartments. Cons: Apartment falling apart, constantly having to fill out maintenance requests, waiting a month to have maintenance request filled, water being turned off for hours, emergency maintenance unhelpful (does not answer phone), leasing office not answering on weekends (having to leave my apartment to physically walk up to the office). Would not recommend .
