I have been facing multiple issues with the management from day one.. there is no proper response for the ticket raised, and there is lot of delay in fixing maintenance tickets, staff in leasing office are not at all helpful to resolve the issues. My AC issue was prolonged for months and I had to pay 100 of extra dollars as electricity bill just because of the negligence of the management and maintenance. Also, mail box compromise happened twice and there is no action from the management.The only reason to stay in Anthem, Irving is that I have some good Neighbors and don't want to miss their company

The city or area or isd where the apartment is located is the only positive factor of this community.. apart from this I could feel that everything is negative here like leasing office response issues, maintenance response is not good sometimes, equipment replacement will take months and last but not the least high rent when compared to neighbourhood communities. As most of us have acquainted as neighbours over the years, living here with minimal choices.
