Service requests are not getting addressed quickly or not yet all.
Opened set of tickets twice for air filters/ security battery replace/ garage door not not addressed.
Leasing office team also not friendly with residents. Due to kids schooling we are opted this.
My prior community service was great. After I came to anthem air conditioned was not worked couple of weeks. My power bill always over $250 so far.
Looking to improve the service requests resolution time. Until unless there was issue we never open service request right!
