Maintenance request are not attended immediately. Lot of cracks on the wall and ceiling, water leakage, water shutdown, No amenities on time, swimming pool closed most of the days. Sufficient  Maintenance people not available. 2 full time Maintenance guys available and I believevthey are not able to manage.

The complex is a safe community with generally good people and staff. We've had some issues with the new ownership/management that took over at the end of 2022. They tend to be quick to make repairs but it's rarely quality work. We've had our door/lock repaired three times and it's still not right. If you pick the A1 unit just know that it's much smaller and way more awkwardly shaped than the model they show.

Poor maintenance.
Bad office support staff.
Amenity available in community, but not for use.
Emergency support during winter support is frustrating.
Requested maintenance problem are not solved, instead combing to learn to live with compromise.
With all these bad review, only Coppell ISD & children education is deciding to stay in this apartment.
